A God Saving Suicide Poem

Sometimes this life is
way too hard to handle.
All hope is fading dim,
a weak burning candle.

You're sick and tired,
can't stand life anymore.
A heart turned to stone,
a life rotten to the core.

So you say that you
want to just give up.
Drinking the poison,
from the Liar's cup.

There you stand,
another year older.
The pain that's kept,
the weight upon the shoulders.

The pain you bear,
is driving you to your knees.
You're looking for something
to set your mind at ease.

You don't want to die,
just to stop this pain.
He'll take care of it,
just call on His precious name.

Falling to your knees,
with such sadness.
The Lord Jesus Christ,
can take away this madness.

All your anger, locked inside,
let it out, scream and shout.
Don't put an end to your life,
taking the coward's way out.
