"The Self-righteous"

Do not waist time preaching to me,
Your ill-founded grace and hypocrisy,
Do not get me wrong its good you believe,
Though God is not as dumb as you perceive,
The god I know does not buy in,
To how perfect you are and that I'm full of sin,
Do not tell me you're definition of the word,
You are no saint, cant you tell, haven't you heard,
Do not tell me that the bibles your guide,
For behind it you continue to hide,
The things you teach are hypocritical at best,
While you live by some sections, and to hell with the rest,
Do not address me with your self-righteous glory,
I did not ask for your life's story,
Do not tell me that your heart is true,
When the parts you don't like are somehow beneath you,
By what divine right can you pick and choose,
The parts of the bible "you" want to use,
To hell with the parts that don't suit your need,
That's not divine, that's selfish greed,
Do not tell me that my soul will fry,
Just because we do not see eye to eye,
Do not think I will tell you how your time will come,
It's not my decision I'm not the one,
How dare you decide that your right and I'm wrong,
Because, to your religion I do not belong,
Do not attempt to cut me with your words like a knife,
For my fate is sealed in the book of life,
Do not think that you know my fate,
For that's up to god and St Peter at the gate,
Do not think that I have judged you,
For I judge no-one that's not what I do,
Do not tell me how I should be,
My life is between my God and me.
