Well shit!


There it was I tried again,
Tipped my hand and didn’t win,
Another attempt at love and song,
With another loss and love gone wrong,

I tried and tried to find love that’s true,
One who would be faithful through and through,
Yet the only thing that has been proven to me,
Is that all women cheat, and they cheat on me,

Do not get me wrong,
I feel no self-pity,
But I know where I belong,
Even though it is shitty,

Still, I sometimes wonder what I have done,
What’s wrong with me, and am I the only one,
I gave them all love, kindness, and respect,
And faithfulness was all I’d expect,

One thing is good this I can say,
Never again will there be a day,
Where my heart can be broken,
For me, love is only spoken,

This last attempt did not hurt much at all,
When I found out she’d cheated I did not fall,
Though my heart had been broken again it would seem,
It did not affect me, not one single dream,

And so here I am thinking somehow,
Cold hearted and emotionless now,
Where all I can say about all of it,
All that’s in my mind is… WELL SHIT!!!

"Why"

Love he did try it faithfully once again,
Love he did show but still he didn't win,

One more attempt at love thought true,
Ending in heartbreak leaving him blue,

No emotion nor love just a heart of stone,
This man is maybe destined to be alone,

Not all women cheat there are a chosen few,
Some one can be faithful and love you true,

But never again shall his heart be broken,
He hides behind those words never spoken,

What could he have done that was so wrong?
Where in this world does he truly belong?
