Fairies

WILLOW

Fairies in their flower skirts by a misty pond
Planting a multitude of flower seeds to grow all summer long
Sprinkling them with fairy dust to make a garden grow
A paradise of flowers In the forest where they sow
Fairydust

Hummingbirds and bumble bees set a pattern of delight
Fluttering through the forest on golden wings of flight
Lavender and yellow, blue and pastel pink
Skirts made of shamrocks, the color emerald silk

Fairydust

Floating neath a willow, with branches reaching down
To lift the fairies gently, right up off the ground
Sunflowers and dewdrops, bachelor buttons too
Scattered through the forest in a rainbow colored hue

Fairydust

Morning glories lift their heads and open sleepy eyes
Climbing up the tree trunks to catch a view of paradise
Listen to the birds sing, a tune of sweet delight
Perching on the petals, in the warm sunlight
