~Fall~

Fall is upon us; the air feels so fresh and so clean,
The changing of colors on leaves is beginning to be seen.
The sun shining on the leaves makes fall a beautiful season,
The days are getting colder, but for sadness there's no reason.


Autumn leaves swirling in lovely designs,
People begin gathering wood and drinking wines.
The time for celebrating will soon be here,
With lots of great food and tons of good cheer.


Leaves of burnished copper, yellow and golden brown,
Trees in red mantles, the jewel in Nature's crown.
Rustling leafy carpets to tread and meander,
Inhaling the scents of Autumn's sweet pomander.
