Summer's End!
As the gentle warm days of Summer end,
We want to remember and reflect,
The times with family & friends we spend,
Let Winter not cause us to neglect.
As the gentle warm days of Summer end,
We rejoice at all the good times we have had,
And to the warming sun we thankful thoughts send,
And don't let the coming Fall make us feel sad.
As the gentle warm days of Summer end,
There's a smile on my face & in my heart,
For memories that my mind will lend,
To the days when cool weather keeps us apart.
