A Sunny Day In May
Boy!!! What a day!!!
A Sunny Day in May
The sun is sending warming rays
That shine so gently on my face!
See the children playing in the yard!
There sits old blue being their guard!
The cows are flocking in the field nearby!
The butterflies are dancing up in the sky!
I received a dozen roses
From someone far away
Someone is thinking of me
This sunny day in May
Can you see the bees a-humming?
Can you see the birds a-singing?
Can you feel the breeze a-blowing?
Can you hear the bells a-ringing?
Wow, The breeze, Do you feel it?
Hold up your hand
Its gentle caress, do you feel it
As it softly touches the land?
