"Many Thoughts of Love" |

From The Poetry Collection Of Susan Jane Kahon |
Forever isn't long enough To tell you what I feel... I'd run a thousand miles for you My love's as strong as steel Wrapped up in a thought of you Dancing in the morning light I saw before me...eyes of blue And lips I've kissed, last night.. Dreams of you are with me constantly And linger through each sunny day 'Till I get the last touch from you Before we both drift away... And what a treasure, is your love.. It puts my heart in a trance Makes my head light, and my eyes bright To think about our special dance And as day comes to close And the wind rushes past my cheek I think of you, my treasure, true.. As clouds play hide and seek Together, we both stroll along A beach of softly colored sand... Where my only thought is, of loving you And the touch of your dear hand written by Susan Jane Kahon ICYU May 3 2003 2:30 pm |
