"Whisper Not, As The Rain Must fall"
From The Poetry Collection Of Susan Jane Kahon
Whisper not, as the rain must fall For you're allowed to embrace the night As raindrops fall from heavens above The stars now fade out of sight I will touch the night..the naked night.. For my secrets, I can never tell... This rain holds the key to you... You're hidden away , in a shell... Even the ghosts are living tonight So let all the heavens pour down The darkness, and wet will cover us now And serenade us without any sound I'll touch the rain, and wash away pain I'm searching for someone I know.. I'm looking for you in every raindrop My darling, where did you go? If the night and the rain, combine in love Then touching the night can be done... Lets reach up and grasp the thunder With certainty, to become one We reach for temptations,so bold And now, as my heart starts to sleep I close my eyes, and embrace your heart As the clouds in the sky rumble deep written By Susan Jane Kahon August 2003 ICYU 6:36pm
