TRUSTING IN JESUS

I'm not giving up that easy
I'm not goin down without a fight
I'm gonna keep trusting in Jesus
It's gonna work out all right

Sometimes when the road gets rocky
We think "What am I fighting for?"
Just remember Jesus is on your side
And He'll be there forevermore

A sickness or death of a loved one
Is so very hard to bear
But cast your eyes upon Jesus
You'll find He's always there

Try to imagine how Jesus must've felt
Hanging on that cross
When He said "Father, why hast thou forsaken me?"
Bearing our sins so we wouldn't be lost

Why should I gripe and grumble
And cry that life's unfair
Why Jesus knows all that is happening
He knows every strand of my hair

There's nothing too big He can't manage
There's no problem too small
That we can't lay on the altar
And know that He'll give His all

So rest assured He knows what you feel like
He loves us all the same
There's peace and understanding
When you call upon His name
