The Azure Heights Pokémon laboratory is perhaps the most extensive r/b/y pokémon website on the net with the best pokémon trainers residing in the forum there. Even If you are an expert you could still learn a lot of info other sites just simply don't research. It's where I learned everything I know about pokémon. However, it is not updated for gold/silver but there is a G/S forum there for you to discuss stratagies and even get your team rated.

The Pokemasters (TPM) - a message board much like the one on azure heights however it is the newbie version.
