RAMEY, GENERAL ROGER
General Roger Ramey was the officer who took charge of the Roswell incident when it became apparent that the release of the 'US captures Flying Disk' had been a grave mistake. He immediately ordered the release of a second press release indicating that the debris found was that of a weather balloon, and ordered all those concerned including Jesse Marcel not to speak to reporters.

THE RAND CORP. became involved and did a study, for the Base. Most of the lakes near Dulce were made, via Government grants 'for' the Indians. NAVAJO DAM is the main source for conventional electrical power, with a second source in EL VADO (also, an entrance). REDLIGHT, PROJECT
Mention of this project has appeared in several FOIA documents and witness accounts. To date however, no documents have been released which show what this project is related to. REDLIGHT is believed to be the project to test fly recovered alien craft. It is conducted at AREA 51 (DREAMLAND) in Nevada.
It was aided when the aliens gave us craft and helped us fly them. The initial project was somewhat successful in that we flew a recovered craft but it blew up in the air and the pilots were killed. The project was suspended at that time until the aliens agreed to help us. SNOWBIRD was established as a cover for project REDLIGHT. Several flying saucer type craft were built using conventional technology. They were unveiled to the press and flown in front of the press. The purpose was to explain accidental sightings or disclosure of REDLIGHT as having been SNOWBIRD craft.
RELIGION
An alien race of "Greys" claim to have created Homo Sapiens through hybridization. The papers said the RH- blood was proof of this. They further claim to have created all our major religions. The showed a Hologram of the crucifixion of Christ which the Government filmed. They claim Jesus was created by them.
RETICULANS (ALSO SEE REPTOIDS)
Apparently a major center of 'reptiloid' activity and possibly controlled' human slaves. This is a region from where a large percentage of the 'Grey-type' saurians--such as encountered by Betty and Barney Hill and other abductees-- emanate. This binary or double-star system may be the center of interstellar 'Grey' activity just as Alpha Draconis seems to be the center of 'Reptiloid' activity and Orion being a realm where both reptilian sub-species operate in joint capacity. Much of the implant-control scenarios allegedly originated from the Reticulan 'Grey' reptiloids (Draconian).

ROBERTSON PANEL, THE
The Robertson Panel also known as the Durant Report was setup in secret meetings at the Pentagon from 14-17th of January 1953. It purpose was the discussion of UFOs and what could be done about them.
The Panel consisted of the following members: Dr H.P Robertson (Chairman) - Specialty was physics and weapons systems. Dr Luis Alvarez - Physics and Radar. Dr Lloyd V. Berkner - Geophysics. Dr Samuel Goudsmit - Atomic structure and statistical problems. Dr Thornton Page - Astronomy and Astrophysics. Dr J Allen Hynek - Astronomy. Frederick C. Durant - Missiles and Rockets.
The panel basically agreed that all UFO sightings were all explainable. However, they did recommend that a policy of debunking all UFO reports be instigated, and that popular UFO groups be monitored and infiltrated.

ROSWELL CASE
In July 1947 a flying saucer crashed near Corona, New Mexico during a violent night-time thunderstorm. The next morning, Mac Brazel found some wreckage on his ranch spread over about half a mile which neither he nor his family could identify.
Three days later he took some wreckage to show to the local sheriff, George Wilcox, who in turn contacted Roswell Air Army Field and told Major Jesse Marcel of the situation. He inspected the wreckage that Mac Brazel had brought with him to the sheriffs office and then reported to his commanding officer, William Blanchard. He ordered Marcel to get someone (Sheridan Cavitt) from counter intelligence to collect as much wreckage from Brazels ranch as they could onto their two vehicles, the wreckage was then collected and flown to Washington, via Fort Worth. The next day, Marcel and Cavitt returned to Brazels ranch to collect more wreckage to take back to Roswell AAF.
Cavitt went straight there whereas Marcel stopped on the way to show his family some of the wreckage, in particular, a small piece of tin-foil like material which would bend and be folded quite happily, but would continually fold back out into shape leaving no crease whatsoever. There was also a piece of very light plastic like material, except it wasn't plastic. It was like a wooden dowel and was a couple of inches long. It would bend slightly, but you couldn't scratch, cut, burn or melt it. Meanwhile, Lydia Sleppy at Roswell Radio station KSWS was transmitting a story about the crashed saucer over the teletype when transmission was interrupted by someone claiming to represent the FBI.
The Army initially released a story to the press saying that they had captured a flying saucer, but then quickly put out another story saying they hadn't got a saucer, just a weather balloon. It was not a weather balloon. Mac Brazel was placed under house arrest for a week whilst his ranch was combed for more debris, and it was then when the main saucer body was found, complete with four aliens, two dead, one seriously injured and another attending to it which seemed to be unharmed. Mac Brazel was then told that he shouldn't tell anybody about what he had found. He was rumoured to have been bribed with a freezer (very expensive at that time).

RUDLOE MANOR
Rudloe Manor in Wiltshire, England was the RAF's location for top secret research into UFO's. Rudloe Manor is officially listed as headquarters of RAF Support Command, as well as the headquarters of the Provost and Security Services. The Provost and Security Services is the branch of the RAF that investigates breaches of security in addition to regular policing duties. The UFO research center has apparently around 30 personnel and is manned permanently. It also allegedly acts as radar tracking station which monitors UFO.
RUPPELT, CAPTAIN EDWARD
Edward Ruppelt was an engineer with the Northrup Aircraft Corporation when he released The Report On Unidentified Flying Objects in 1956. This book was to be one of the most influential volumes produced in the 1950s and is still quoted today. During World War II Ruppelt was a bombadier with the very first B-29 wing and served both in China and in the South Pacific.
When the war ended Ruppelt went to college and was still in attendance there when the Korean War started in 1950. At the end of that year he was called up to active duty and sent to the Air Technical Intelligence Corps (ATIC) based at Wright Field near Dayton, Ohio. He arrived in January of 1951 with the rank of Captain. His stay in the Air Force was to last 33 months.
In September of 1951 he was put "in charge" of the "flying saucer group" at ATIC, then called GRUDGE. Also working on UFOs at that time was the Air Materiel Command (AMC). Ruppelt stayed with Grudge throughout the rest of 1951 and remained on board when it became Blue Book in 1952. He was the man in the middle during the great Washington, D.C., flap of July, 1952 and saw what the Robertson Committee did to the UFO and the Air Force in 1953. RUTKOWSKI, CHRIS
UFO researcher and Author who has contributed many articles to 'Flying Saucer Review'. One of his best investigations was that of the Falcon Lake Incident in which Stephen Michalak reported that he toughed a downed saucer which caused him to suffer from radiation sickness for several years.

ROBERT LAZAR has since claimed that an alternative method of travel using gravity waves is what is being used to drive the UFOs.

John Roy Robert Searl through dreams as a child developed the SEG. An SEG consists of a series of three rings and rollers that go around those rings. The first ring contains twelve rollers, this amount is the same as having a twelve-cycle or twelve-phase linear motor. A linear motor will not operate on less than twelve phases. There are many other correlations you can make, but this is working along with the laws of Nature. There are twelve plates on the surface of the earth, and twelve months of the year. There can be more than twelve rollers, but no less.
This configuration will allow the rollers to never touch any other surface permitting them to spin faster causing a magnetic field that is reported to be sufficient for anti-gravity

SERPENTS
These are literally 'giant snakes' which have been encountered in various underground regions. They are often apparently used by the Draconians as 'sentries' to guard subterranean tunnels or 'treasure' repositories. They have been known to easily crush a human being or other objects with their teeth or their bodies (Draconian).
SETI
Acronym for The Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence. This is a US government-funded project that monitors electromagnetic wave emissions from space. These emissions, it is claimed, will be the communications between various UFOs that "leak" out, just like TV pictures from a transmitter are able to be picked up from space (in theory). If they detect any abnormal emissions, they will investigate them further to try and find out where they originate from.
UFO researchers are very skeptical of this project, saying it is just a front put up to try and publicly "prove" that UFOs don't exist since they don't expect to find any emissions that cannot be identified. According to an article by Dr. Pierre Guerin in "FLYING SAUCER REVIEW", the government already knows that aliens exist and that they are co-operating with them and that they know that the aliens don't use electromagnetic waves at all. It would be similar to trying to detect Indian smoke signals using a radio receiver.

An ongoing 1954 Top Secret project that looked into how to communicate with aliens. That projects existence was revealed in the PROJECT AQUARIUS Briefing Document and is said to have succeeded in 1964 when a USAF intelligence officer met two other aliens at a prearranged location in a desert in New Mexico. However, there is a "Project Sigma" listed in the 1986 Defense Marketing Services Code Name Directory as a "Top Secret Air Force program involving Rockwell International" and has been officially identified as a laser weapons project.

The first official USAF UFO investigation which started in January 1948. Its brief was to determine what UFOs were. It lasted until February 1949, its final report saying that 20% of the cases were unexplainable.

SILVER SPRING
Silver Spring, Maryland, is the home of Madeleine Rodeffer, who in February 1965 along with George Adamski filmed the arrival, landing and subsequent departure of one of George Adamski's famous UFOs. Madeleine sent the film to be developed, but on its return they noticed that the film had been tampered with, because various shots of the craft had been replaced by very bad 'hoaxed' frames which was added to try and prove the film and its contents to be totally bogus.
Of the frames that remained, they were examined and were said to be film depicting actual objects. These objects were calculated to be 27ft in diameter. On 27th February 1967 the film was shown to 22 NASA officials at Goddard Space Flight Center. One of the NASA men claimed that it was a 'very important piece of film and depicted a craft of 27ft'. The results of the film examination were not released at this time so this seems to be a strange coincidence or confirmation that the film showed a real craft.

There are so many Sirians on many different levels (mostly existing in the Light realms) that we don't want you to get confused with what we are talking about - those who were part of the genetic creation on Earth of Homo sapiens. This Sirian race we are talking about - we'll call them the Sirian gods - stemmed from Vega. So the primary genetics of Sirius is a Vegan stock - darker skin, but anywhere from very light brown to very dark brown.
They have a lot of the Vegan qualities, including the very pro-nounced eyes, the large, slightly angled eyes. The particular Sirian gods who had interacted with your planet, having spent a lot of time with the Lyrans who were also part of the genetic project, had done some interbreeding themselves. So these Sirian gods began through time to take on a lot of qualities of the Lyrans. Some began to have lighter skin, some began to be more diverse in their genetic makeup. It got to the point where the interbreeding between the Lyrans and the Sirians was so mixed that the only way to denote a Sirian would be through their belief structure rather than their physical appearance.
Since our focus right now is not the genetic project on Earth, we will be very brief with this. (There are tapes available that can give the fuller story.) The ultimate attempt was to join the royal houses of Sirius and Lyra. Throughout time on your planet, since the prototypes of Adam and Eve were created, this attempt has been made with the belief that a more advanced type of human being could be created. SMITH, WILBERT B.
In the 1950s Wilbert Smith was a senior radio engineer with the Canadian Government Department of Transport. Wilbert held a Masters degree in electrical engineering as well as several patents and he was a highley respected scientist. Wilbert Smith was the head engineer in the top secret Project Magnet established on 2nd December 1950. A project to look into magnetic theory relating to UFO Propulsion. In 1961 Wilbert Smith died.
SNOWBIRD, PROJECT
An alleged ongoing 1972 Top Secret project that researched, developed and implemented alien spacecraft technology and test flown recovered UFOs. It is possible that the UFO involved in the CASH/LANDRUM CASE was built by the Americans as part of this project, however another "Project Snowbird" has been found described as a "Joint Army/Air Force peacetime military exercise in the sub-arctic region in 1955" in the 1963 Gale Research's Code Names Dictionary. Project Snowbird is another project that was only revealed in the PROJECT AQUARIUS Briefing Document.

They use the "Journal of Scientific Exploration" as an avenue to discussanomalous phenomena and present research results to the scientific and scholarly community; its members are drawn from practitioners of science who have acquired a first-hand knowledge and understanding of the scientific process. The Society holds annual international meetings and periodically scheduled regional meetings.
To promote co-operation, and to accommodate other levels of activity and interest, the Society has created the categories of "Corresponding Member" and "Associate". "Associates" receive the "Journal of Scientific Exploration" (two issues a year) and "The Explorer" (two issues a year).

SOCORRO, NM. / ZAMORA UFO INCIDENT - 1964
The experience of Lonnie Zamora on April 24, 1964 stands as one of the most profound ufo events in the modern history of the phenomena. To this day it remains a case in which all the facts involved support the witnesses claims and it is this kind of case that makes the ufo phenomenon such an enduring mystery.
Lonnie Zamora saw a highly unusual device of unknown origin, what can only be described as a "craft" of some kind, and he reported seeing what he believes were occupants. Despite the controversy which often surrounds the subject of UFOs, the incident at Socorro remains an example of what the UFO phenomenon is, in fact, all about.

STRINGFIELD, LEONARD
