TAOS HUM
A mysterious humming noise that have been reported by local residents. Supposedly people can hear a low pitched hum reverberating throughout Northeast New Mexico. It is thought that there is a connection between the hum and the strange goings on along the New Mexico/Colorado border concerning black helicopters, strange lights, cattle mutilations undergroung bases. However no proof or explanation has yet been discovered for these humming noises.
TECTONIC STRAIN THEORY (TST)
A theory of electromagnetic effects upon the human brain and/or the physical environment, such that all Forteana including UFOs, ghosts, ESP, sasquatch, and religious fervour can be explained as being caused by seismic activity generating electromagnetic radiation which in turn makes people think they are witnesses to an anomalous event. TELOS
A Subterranean City of LIght Beneath Mt. Shasta
TELOSIAN
Tall, blond inhabitants of a re-established network of subsurface antediluvian colonies located throughout the Western States, and concentrated around Mt. Shasta in northern California. They are sometimes referred to erroneously as 'Lemurians' as it is believed that the cavern cities which they re-discovered and built upon were once part of an antediluvian civilization called 'Lemuria'.
TEROS (TELOS)
A term describing various human groups who inhabit the cavern systems and re-established antediluvian cities beneath the North American continent. Many of these may be descended from early American colonists, while others are apparently descended from older civilizations such as ancient native Americans who went underground hundreds and/or thousands of years ago. The nemesis of the Tero are the 'dero', which apparently consist of draconian or reptilian controlled elements (Evadamic).
TESLA, NIKOLA
Nikola Tesla was born in Croatia (then part of Austria-Hungary) on July 9, 1856, and died January 7, 1943. He was the electrical engineer who invented the AC (alternating current) induction motor, which made the universal transmission and distribution of electricity possible.
Tesla began his studies in physics and mathematics at Graz Polytechnic, and then took philosophy at the University of Prague. He worked as an electrical engineer in Budapest, Hungary, and subsequently in France and Germany. In 1888 his discovery that a magnetic field could be made to rotate if two coils at right angles are supplied with AC current 90 out of phase made possible the invention of the AC induction motor. The major advantage of this motor being its brushless operation, which many at the time believed impossible.
Tesla moved to the United States in 1884, where he worked for Thomas Edison who quickly became a rival D Edison being an advocate of the inferior DC power transmission system. During this time, Tesla was commissioned with the design of the AC generators installed at Niagara Falls. George Westinghouse purchased the patents to his induction motor, and made it the basis of the Westinghouse power system which still underlies the modern electrical power industry today.
He also did notable research on high-voltage electricity and wireless communication; at one point creating an earthquake which shook the ground for several miles around his New York laboratory. He also devised a system which anticipated world-wide wireless communications, fax machines, radar, radio-guided missiles and aircraft.

TUNGUSKA EVENT
On June 30, 1908, something exploded above the Siberian taiga north of Lake Baikal, near the Tunguska (Stony) River, devastating some 2000 square kilometers of heavy forest in a single gigantic flash. Theories as to the origin of the so-called Tunguska Event have generated numerous articles and several books. They range from a large asteroid or comet, to a nuclear-fueled spaceship of extraterrestrial origin.

TWINING, NATHAN F.
Commander of bombing operations in both Europe and Pacific during World War II. In 1945 he was appointed Commanding-General of the Air Materiel Command, based at Wright Patterson AFB (then known as Wright Field).
A declassified secret document reveals that in September 1947 Twining presented the conclusions of AMC that 'the phenomenon reported is something real'. Twining suddenly cancelled a planned trip to the West Coast on 8th July, the day of the Roswell press release reporting that they had captured a 'Flying Disk', 'due to a very important and sudden matter'. Twining was also a member of the alleged Majestic-12 panel.
TWINING MEMO, THE
On 23rd September 1947 General Twining, Commanding General of the Air Materiel Command, sent a secret memorandum to Brigadier General George Schulgen, Chief of the Air Intelligence Requirements Division at the Pentagon, in response to a request from Air Intelligence concerning the 'flying discs'.
Twining stated: "The phenomenon reported is something real and not visionary or fictitious....There are objects probably approximating the shape of a disc, of such appreciable size as to appear to be as large as man-made aircraft....The reported operating characteristics such as extreme rates of climb, maneuverability (particularly in roll) , and action which must be considered evasive when sighted or contacted by friendly aircraft and radar, lend belief to the possibility that some of the objects are controlled either manually, automatically or remotely."
Twining's report went on to list some of the common descriptions associated with the objects.
"(1) Metallic or light reflecting surface. (2) Absence of trail, except in a few instances when the object apparently was operating under high performance conditions. (3) Circular or elliptical in shape, flat on bottom and domed on top. (4) Several reports of well kept formation flights varying from three to nine objects. (5) Normally no associated sound, except in three instances a substantial rumbling roar was noted. (6) Level flight speeds normally above 300 knots are established."

TWO STEP TRAVELING
Ie. a 5th dim. group would like to visit 3rd dim. reality. They are first an energetical agreement, based on their wish and will to lower their vibration. After reaching astral-plane, ie. of a planet they would like to observe, or most to interact, they change the ship. This transfer is a kind of karmic-security for those who accompanied them until 4th dim. exchange-station.
After this change, they use other thought-patterns which are highly independent of the thought-forms they used before.
This second ship is more unconsciously manifested as the etherical ship. With the astral-ships it's quite easier to enter or expand into physical density of reality, without being conscious of the higher-planes: only the lowering of astral-ship to physical planes needs consciously managed.
As mentioned above, the thoughts and ideas are in non-structured form in astral-plane, ie. scientist, (beings with high degree of connection to brain/mind) use this patterns and shift and focuse this pattern and finaly gave them a structure: they call it researching or developing.
The main (conscious) agreement of manifestation is on physical plane, but also on astral-plane: the will of the scientists or the group. The power of will, or sometimes felt as pressure or in a bad way as stress, is the focus for the thought-patterns.
The mechanics are guided by a physical plan, and also by the will to use their brains as receiver and collector of the thought-patterns, which are already formed by the ideas of the scientist. The physical plan is a kind of common pattern, the drawing makes and allow the access to astral-plane, where the ship is already formed.

UFOLOGY RESEARCH OF MANITOBA (UFOROM)
UFOROM is a private, non-profit and volunteer organisation which is involved in rational discourse, investigation and research on UFOs and related phenomena. It was formed in 1975. All types of UFO-related phenomena have been studied by UFOROM, including traces, crash-retrievals, abductions and cattle mutilations. In addition, some UFOROM associates also study fortean and psychic phenomena. UFOROM publishes an annual survey of UFO activity in Canada, comparable to the Ferrughelli reports on American cases. UFOROM is not open to general public membership.
