La Antigua. He optain the title of Electronic Engineer Licenciature on
January of 1988. Then on March 2000, he optain a Post-Grade for Superior
Education from Universidad Latina of Panama. Actually, he investigate
about Electrical Energy Sources and new communicacions systems. Also,
he works with entusiasm on HTML Programming for Internet. This

Since 1982 he works like Maintenance Engineer on Radio Stations in Chitre.
Also he is Teacher at Columbus University of Panama.

1. Administrative Experience

At radio stations, he keep actualized the inventory of parts for the equipments, they
aren't on standards electronics parts store, they only exist at the factory and we
need more than 3 weeks to recieve the parts at Panamá. The customer order cant made
by phone, fax or internet. The engineer keep on-track the parts at all the freigh from
the factory to the radio station at Chitre.
