Week 18:

Wednesday 8/15/01 --
Well, I'm not doing so hot this week.  It's only Wednesday, but I know I am not going to lose.  I'll actually be surprised if I don't gain.  I don't know why I can't get back into the swing of things...but I truly need and want to!  I haven't worked-out yet this week, and normally I would've worked out every day!!!  MOTIVATION MANDIE!!!  YOU can do this...and YOU WANT to do this!!! We'll I'll update more on Friday!  Wish me luck :o)

Friday 8/17/02 --
I didn't do too great.  I did lose though...but only 1/2 pound.  I can't give up, and I have to evaluate why I didn't lose more.  I can think of quite a few things.  One being I'm not working out like I want to be.  Things are very busy in my life right now...and finding the time to work out is very hard.  But I MUST if I want to get in shape, be healthy and lose weight.  So that is my goal this upcoming week.  Also, eating a lot more healthier this upcoming week is my goal.  I did very bad eating out, and eating lots of things that AREN'T good for me.  Oh well, at least I know what I need to do.

Week 19:

Tuesday 8/28/01 --
Okay, I did SO horrible last week it's not even funny.  I got sick on Wednesday...and went off program.  I didn't weigh (actually I did this morning, but I am NOT going to post that...I'm sooo disappointed in myself).  It just goes to show that things happen in your life, and you gain weight...or sometimes lose weight.  I didn't exercise at all last week, therefore didn't fullfill any of my goals :o(  Big time bummer on myself.  BUT -- I can not be hard or down on myself, because that will just make this week harder on me.  So -- here we are starting a new week, and feeling much better (finally over the flu part of my cold).  I'm going to do much better...see my goals below!!!
