Starting Fresh -- Again
Well, it has been awhile since I have been OP, and it's been awhile since I wrote anything on here.  Much has happened in my life, and that is partially why I have been off program, and why I haven't updated. 

I'm happy to report though, that I did maintain all that I lost!!!  This is a HUGE accomplishment for me.  If you read
about me  then you would see why this is such a big deal.  Every time I have gone on a diet of any kind, when I go off -- I gain the weight all back and then some!  Well I have NOT done that, and WILL NOT be gaining it back!!!!!

Now, I must set realistic goals, refocus, make a plan of action, and do it!   Goal - my goal is to lose 10 lbs by my birthday (11/15/02).  That will put me at 167, a number I can't remember the last time I saw.  But, my first goal is going to be to get under 170. 

How to stay motivated.  I work at IU, with tons of pretty girls that barely wear clothes.  That should be enough motivation, but it isn't.  To keep motivated I must reward myself, and realize that I am doing this for ME....and no one else.  This will be something I have wanted to accomplish since I was a pre-teen...  I didn't go on to college, I have 2 failed marriages, this is ONE THING I CAN DO FOR MYSELF.  I deserve it.  I have enough willpower for it!!!  (don't mind my coaching to myself :) ). 

Please pray for me, that I do have the willpower, courage, and motivation to do this!!!!  I know that I can, and I WILL!!!!  One thing I'm going to start doing is write down EVERYTHING I eat.  I have done this before...and it really does hold me accountable.  I will post them up probably monthly, so please check back often!!!!
