Week 26:

October 26, 2001

Well, I wasn't very good this month.  I was terrible at journaling, terrible at drinking my water, terrible at my healthy eating habits.  I yo-yo'ed ALL month from 183 - 186.5.  But, I did manage to end the month losing 3 pounds (from 186.5 to 183.5).  So I feel very good about that.  I obviously have lost NO weight towards my goal of losing 7 pounds by my birthday 11/15...but I don't care.  I'm back on it...and I feel better being on it.

I have since found a great work-out buddy, my friend Anna, and it has made us grow as friends.  We have not yet made it a whole week at working out -- BUT, we are headed that way!!!  We are hopefully starting to work-out 6 days a week starting next week (Nov. 5).  That will help out tremendously.

I feel good being back on the healthy lifestyle...but also get discouraged when I don't stick to it.  It really makes no sense.  I know stress has a lot to do with that...

Any way, I'm going to work really hard this next month, and I'm going to do better (yes I am!) at journaling and updating on here!!!!  It truly helps me!!!
