Helen N'.... Helen again??? Oh wait! That's Linda Hanlon! Of course! Except I'm not sure which one is which. Before Linda met Helen people had bought her drinks and told her she played wonderfully. Linda replied "I think you have me confused with someone", but one guy just wouldn't hear it. He told her she was fantastic at the Mammapalooza concert, and I guess figured she was just being shy.
A mutual Linda/Helen friend (Little Patty Smith. Not the famous Patti Smith, but no less cool) introduced them at a Helen gig earlier this year, and they hit it off great... except Helen wondered why these people weren't buying drinks when the the real Helen goes out! Maybe she just doesn't look as much like Helen Avakian as Linda does.
