Michelle - Flavor 3 - "Cheesecake ice cream, blueberries, graham cracker pie crust"

The creation of a cheesecake is best when done with the aid of a springform pan. Anything else is pure imitation. And we're not talking imitation as a sincere form of flattery. We're talking imitation as a travesty. Cheesecake ice cream is just a let down. No ice cream flavor can ever capture the sinful and succulent texture of cheesecake. The ice cream had the sour bite that the cake should have, but no ice cream should. The blueberries, forced to drown in a swirl of frigid ice cream, became frostbiten and hard to the bite, making for an unpleasant texture. Rating - 2/5
