The Port City chapter of the NC State Alumni Association participated in the 2006 Alumni Association Leadership Conference on April 29. Plans for the new Park Alumni Center, goals for the Alumni Association, ways to improve local club participation were discussed. Dr. Lennie Barton, Astra Barnes and others facilitated the conference which was attended by club leaders and alumni from around the country.
