| UPDATE |
| The Vet came out to see me today. He told me I have arthritis in my front shoulder. Thats why I can't walk to fast anymore. He's going to get me some medicine to help with the pain and soreness. He also took some of my blood. I was a little scared. So my friend Cloud Dancer, he's a Llama pal of mine, came over a stood by me. I was no longer afraid. I knew he would protect me. The Vet called my new master and told him my thyroid is not working right. So he has ordered me medicine to be put in my feed. This will let me gain weight and keep it on. I should start feeling better in a few weeks after I get on my meds. Please keep checking back, I'll keep you updated on my progress. |

| 4-1-2002 I have gotten to feel better and am gaining weight. I can move around a little better. Thanks doc for finding out what was wrong with me. |
| 4-12-2002 I have been feeling really good the past week. The sun feels really good. I have a couple small miniature horses named Kasey and Jasper that I help take care of. If they get dirty I clean them up. They family is calling me grandmother. I guess is because of my mothering ways with these little fellows. |
| 4-13-2002 Well today I got down and couldn't get up by myself. So my masters had to help me up on my feet. They took me into my stall so that I can't get down in the field again. They take really good care of me here. I will be 17 next month. |
| 4-14-2002 We had to say goodbye to Dolly today. She past on during the night. She was a wonderful horse that lived out her last days feeling and doing much better than she had in a while. I'm glad we got to meet her and take care of her for the time that we had her. She was such a sweet and caring girl. When we would go out to feed she would go straight to her stall. She would have to eat by herself because of her medicine that we had to add to her food. She got along great with the other animals. She will be greatly missed by the whole family. |
