| I got tired of buying harnesses for my mals that didn't quite fit. Most harnesses made for large dogs are simply enlarged versions of those made for the much smaller siberian and alaskan huskies. Big dogs have different proportions and as the harnesses get bigger, their proportions need to be adjusted as well. Pictures to illustrate the difference coming soon. I make all of my harnesses custom for the price of a ready-made harness. I've noticed my dogs pulling much better in their new harnesses, if you order, hopefully you will, too! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| For weight pull harnesses, we like to use 1.5" webbing on the dogs under 85# and 2" on the bigger dogs, though we will use either width you prefer. Many weight pull harnesses are made with 1" webbing. The wider webbing distributes the pressure better and is more comfortable for the dog. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Our puppy harnesses (modeled by Ike and Vinnie) are made out of a lightweight 1" webbing. Unlike many other makers, we pad the harness with a soft fleece so the straps never cut into the puppy. Available in sledding or weight pull style. In stock: Purple webbing, padding color varies We can order whatever color you'd like at no extra charge. |

| Note the difference between the pulling of the wheel dogs and that of the dogs in lead. The wheel dogs are able to pull much straighter than the lead dogs. The spreaders are available in the lead sections as well. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
