OK, so what is Powered Paragliding?

Simply put, it's a means to fly in the sky from a few inches above the ground to over 10 thousand feet using a propeller harnessed on ones back, suspended under a cloth canopy known as a paraglider.

To launch, the pilot runs into the wind to get the "Paraglider" to fly, just like flying a kite.

Piloting is easy, pull the left toggle to turn left, the right to turn right. To go up, squeeze the throttle. To go down, release the throttle. To land, pull down on both toggles.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so why not take a quick peek at the short videos below...

Any questions, send me an e-mail to Fly@PoweredParagliding.ca

Once you have tasted flight, you will walk this earth with your eyes turned skyward,

For there you have been, and there you long to return.
