Foundation. August 10, 2004

London Ohio High School

("Prayer" opening, "Battle Without Honor of Humanity" hits and Kumiko Indohara makes her way to the ring, accompanied by Ms. Vanessa.)

Tara: Welcome to Foundation, we are just over three weeks away from our second huge Pay Per View event. Firestorm will come to you live from the St. John Arena in Cincinnati Ohio, and is available exclusively on Pay Per View. Be sure to order.

Dick: I'll order anything Ms. Vanessa tells me to.

Tara: Damn, do you need a tissue? You're drooling.

("Let's All Go to the Lobby" hits and Concession Girl makes her way to the ring.)

Kumiko Indohara vs. Concession Girl

(Kumiko dominates most of the match, throwing Concession Girl around the ring. Concession Girl fights back with a hiptoss and a running dropkick to the head. She pulls Kumiko up to her feet and pushes her into the corner, signaling for the Diamond Dave's Dust. She climbs up the ropes but Ms. Vanessa walks behind her on the outside of the ring and grabs hold of her foot. She lets go before the ref sees, but it gives Kumiko enough time to recover and turn toward CG. She hits a right hand to the midsection and climbs up onto the bottom rope. She takes Concession Girl down with a northern lights suplex off the bottom rope. She keeps her feet on the bottom rope, but the ref doesn't see, and he counts the pin.)

Winner: Kumiko Indohara by pin.

Tara: Did you see that? I believe she was still in the ropes.

Dick: What? Ms. Vanessa with ropes? I'm not usually into that kind of thing but I might be willing to...

Tara: Could you just once focus on your damn job and not on "Little Broccoli."

Dick: Little Broccoli? Why not just call it my di...

Tara: We have a huge night ahead of us, The Eccentrics will be in action, and they've promised a surprise.

Dick: We have a huge six man tag match as Chad Collyer teams with Johnny Kashmere and Chris Styles to take on Ronin Fox, Cynric, and Kevin Stone.

Tara: One half of the RCW Tag Team Champions, Dusty Schneble faces Silver King.

Dick: And the RCW Champion steps into the ring with the sidekick that is Swinger.

Tara: Stay with us, we'll be right back.

(Commercial break.)

("Pajamarama" hits and the Eccentrics make their way to the ring.)

Dick: Whenever I hear this team mentioned in the same sentence as surprise, I get worried.

Tara: Well, we'll see what this is about momentarily I guess.

("Am I Evil" hits and Los Villanos make their way to the ring. As they reach the ring, Huh gets a microphone.)

Huh: Ladies and Gentlemen, I have big news. You know, it's been hard getting by the past couple months around here, because something is just missing. Something important.

(Cheesecake takes the mic.)

Cheesecake: Well that mi'th'ing element is about to be reintrodu'th'ed. Prepare for the grand unveiling!

(He reaches down the front of his pants. Los Villanos both jump over the top rope and back up from the ring. Cheesecake pulls out a party noisemaker and uses it. "Pajamarama" hits again, and Pinky walks to the ring. She's got a small bandage on her forehead. She slides in the ring and takes the mic from Cheesecake.)

Pinky: Hi. Good to be back. You know, I guess I just wasn't prepared for this kind of job, I wasn't expecting to have to go so hands on and take such risks.

(Footage of the Pyro Twins attack on the Eccentrics and Pinky is shown.)

Pinky: I suppose I could complain and all, but in the time I had off I went back to work for the supermarket again and saw three forklift accidents, two people get locked in a freezer for a full night, and that one guy that slipped on the tile and landed headfirst in that display of canned corn. I think I'm much safer here.

Dick: Okay...

The Eccentrics vs. Los Villanos

(Cheesecake takes down IV with a swinging neckbreaker and locks on a bodyscisors hold. IV fights to get himself loose, as Cheesecake seems to be enjoying himself immensely. IV drags Cheesecake with him all the way to the corner and tags in V. V gets in the ring and starts stomping on Cheesecake, but Cheesecake refuses to release the hold. Cheesecake adds a headlock to the hold and squirms around on the mat with IV. IV panics and crawls, dragging Cheesecake, away from the corner. He says something to V and V starts helping him drag Cheesecake to the Eccentrics corner where IV pleads with Huh to tag himself in. Huh does so and locks up with V, but Cheesecake keeps hold of IV, rolling to the ring apron and letting go only to drag IV to the floor and lock the same holds on him again.)

(Huh hits a vertical suplex on V and makes a cover for two. V pushes Huh away and backs up, going for a superkick. Huh sidesteps the kick and picks up V in a spinebuster. He goes up to the top rope and goes for the Huhsault, but V rolls out of the way. V gets to his feet and hits a running dropkick. He covers for two and starts stomping on Huh when he kicks out. Huh grabs V's foot and trips him down, getting to his feet and hitting a quick splash. He then goes to the corner and hits the Huhsault for the pin.)

Winners: The Eccentrics by pin.

(Pinky slides in the ring and celebrates with Huh. Cheesecake eventually slides back in, looking quite content, but somewhat drained.)

Dick: What was he doing down...ewwww...

Tara: Just focus on what's in the ring, Huh picked up a strong against Villano V.

Dick: Uh, yeah. Okay.

Tara: Don't forget we have so much left for tonight, including Alan Mayse taking on Swinger, up next is the big six man tag match. Stick with us.

(Backstage, Shadow is sitting in a dark room.)

Shadow: Confusion abounds, and the same questions flow constantly. Why would a woman go into shadow? Who could hide behind darkness? Shadows do not hide. They remain open to the world wherever the light cannot reach. Some say that the shadow is just a mask, and is only good to keep the truth and the past away, but what truth and past? Is it yours? Then none can hide it from you but yourself. Is it mine? Then it is mine to keep. My reasons are my own, and no one else's. My wishes are my own and are no one's concern. The consequences...those will be shared. The women of RCW need to be taught, no matter how high you may reach, no matter how hard you fight, they will always be...overshadowed.

(Commercial break)

("One Step Closer" is playing, Johnny Kashmere, Chris Stylez and Chad Collyer are in the ring.)

Tara: Welcome back to Foundation, we are about to see a giant of a match right here.

Dick: Three of RCW's best are in the ring.

Tara: I don't always agree with their philosophy on the sport, but they definitely are talented. Any one of these men might make good challengers for the RCW title.

("Burning Times" by Iced Earth plays as a logo appears for RCW Firestorm.)

Dick: Our second Pay Per View event, Firestorm, is coming up on August 28, and will be live from Cincinnati Ohio at the 5/3 arena.

("Smoke on the Water" hits and Kevin Stone and Cynric make their way to the ring. They stop just as they reach the ring as "Wherever I May Roam" hits and Ronin Fox makes his way out to join them.)

Dick: Look at the show off, he needs his own entrance.

Tara: And here we go!

(All three slide in the ring, Johnny, Chris and Chad all attack and a six man brawl begins as the ref calls for the bell.)

Johnny Kashmere, Chris Stylez and Chad Collyer vs. Ronin Fox, Cynric and Kevin Stone

(Fox and Johnny lock up and Fox forces Johnny into the corner. Cynric trades right hands with Chris Stylez, Stylez whips Cynric to the opposite corner. Kevin and Chad lock up and jockey for position. Chris looks across the ring and whips Cynric towards Fox. Fox whips Johnny at the same time. Kevin meanwhile hits an inverted atomic drop on Chad as Cynric leapfrogs over Johnny. Johnny slides to a halt just short of Chris as Cynric catches up with Fox and whips him back. Fox hits a dropkick to the Johnny's back, which sends him into Chad in the corner. Johnny stumbles away from the corner to get hit with a spear from Kevin. Chris falls to his knees and Cynric goes for the Lift Off. Chad reaches into the ring and grabs Chris's foot, dragging him outside to avoid the contact.)

(The ref asserts some control, and Fox and Kevin both leave the ring. Cynric pulls Johnny to his feet and sets him up for a vertical suplex. Johnny blocks and hits a knee to the midsection, taking Cynric up with a Cradle Breaker. He covers for two. Johnny traps Cynric's legs and tries to apply the Comic Atomic, but Cynric is too close to the ropes, and he grabs hold. Johnny pulls Cynric to the corner and tags in Chad. Chad applies a side figure four leglock. Cynric struggles but can't break the hold. The ref checks on Cynric, as Chad reaches back and grabs hold of Chris's hand, getting a slight boost in leverage. Fox jumps in the ring and tries to break it up, but the ref stops him. Chris gets in the ring and stomps Cynric, Chad releases the hold and rolls out to the apron. Chris applies a one arm camel clutch on Cynric. The ref turns around and asks if there was a tag. They argue, Chris assuring the ref he tagged in. He releases the hold and pulls Cynric up to hit a double arm backbreaker. He covers for two. Chris gets up and grabs Cynric by the hair, pulling him up, but Cynric sweeps Chris's feet and rolls toward his own corner. Chad jumps in the ring and hits an elbow drop that stops Cynric. He then runs past the ref and knocks Kevin Stone off the ring apron. Fox tries to get in the ring and attack, but the ref gets inbetween them and tries to remove them from the ring. Meanwhile Johnny has gotten back in the ring. He picks up Cynric and hits the Backseat Driver. Chris makes the cover as the ref removes Chad and Fox, he turns around to make a two count, Kevin reaches in from outside the ring and pulls Chris off Cynric and out to the floor. They brawl on the outside. Johnny charges toward Kevin and hits a spear off the apron. Kevin rolls away, looking hurt, as Fox gets in the ring and hits the ropes. Cynric turns over and provides Fox with a springboard for a somersault plancha that takes out Chris and Johnny. Fox keeps them from getting away as Cynric hits the ropes and runs for a move of his own, but Chad heads him off and catches him in a spinning DDT. Chris and Johnny hold onto Fox as Chad makes the cover. Kevin slides in the ring before the ref can even count, Chad gets up and gets speared by Kevin. Kevin rolls out of the ring as Fox, Johnny and Chris get back to their positions. Cynric crawls over and tags in Fox.)

(Fox jumps into the ring and hits a running dropkick on Chad. Chris runs into the ring and gets arm dragged toward Fox's corner. Johnny follows and tries to kick Fox, but Fox catches Johnny's leg and hits a dragon screw legwhip. He holds on and applies an STF for a few seconds before Chad gets back to his feet and charges, running right into a boot to the midsection and a Tiger Buster. Fox covers for two. The ring clears of everyone but Fox and Chad, to get to their feet and lock up. Chad goes behind for a waistlock into a German suplex, but Fox blocks and goes for a standing switch. He tries a German Suplex of his own but Chad blocks and rolls forward, rolling Fox into a pinning predicament for two. Fox rolls to his feet and charges with a clothesline, but Chad ducks under it and grabs hold of a waistlock, hitting a release German suplex. Chad tags in Johnny.)

(Johnny gets up on the top rope and waits for Fox to stand. Johnny goes for a missile dropkick, but Fox rolls out of the way and back up to his feet, hitting the ropes and catching Johnny in a flying headscissor takedown. Fox reaches for the tag, but Johnny holds on to his foot. Fox hits an enzigiri and makes the tag to Kevin. Johnny keeps upright, but is stunned from the enzigiri enough for Kevin to set him up for a powerbomb. Kevin lifts him up, but Johnny fights free and lands on his feet in front of Kevin, turning away to hit a bulldog. Johnny gets to his feet and signals for the Backseat Driver. He pulls Kevin up, but Kevin surprises him with an inverted atomic drop. Chad tries to run in and attack, but Fox and Cynric both jump into the ring and hit simultaneous dropkicks. As the ref tries to get control, Johnny hits a low blow on Kevin and hits the Backseat Driver going for the cover. Fox tries to push past the ref, and the ref turns his full attention to him, allowing Cynric to sneak past and run at Johnny, hitting the Lift Off. Immediately afterward he charges Chad and Chris in the corner and knocks both of them off the ring apron, going to the outside. Fox slides out under the bottom rope and Kevin turns over to drape an arm over Johnny. The ref turns and counts the fall.)

Winners: Ronin Fox, Cynric and Kevin Stone by pin

Dick: What the hell was that? We really need two referees for matches like this.

Tara: Yeah, I see what you mean. If there was more than one, maybe one of them could have disqualified Johnny for that low blow, oh wait that would still be a win for Cynric Kevin and Fox, wouldn't it.

Dick: Look, just because you're on your cycle or something doesn't mean th...

Tara: Excuse me? I don't know who the hell you think you are, but I've had enough from you. If you don't learn when to shut your mouth...

Dick: You're one to talk about keeping your mouth shut after what I hear about you in the locker room.

Tara: That's IT!

(Tara gets up and leaves the broadcast table.)

Dick: Was it something I said?

(Fox, Cynric and Kevin are still in the ring, and are watching somewhat dumbfounded as Tara storms around the ring and up the aisle. The camera follows her out into the corridors. She reaches a door and walks in, approaching Jon Z at his desk.)

Tara: Get him the hell away from me before I have to kill him.

Jon: Look, I know he was way out of line, and I've talked to him before about this but...

Tara: But nothing, I want that stupid son of a...

(Dick walks into the room behind Tara.)

Dick: What? What did I do?

Tara: Either he goes or I go.

Dick: Look, if your upset because you've felt the sexual tension between us too and want to know why I haven't done anything about it, you have to understand that we should maintain some professionalism.

(Tara turns around and punches Dick square on the jaw, dropping him seemingly out cold. After a moment of looking down at her handiwork, she steps on Dick on her way out the door. Almost immediately Chad Collyer walks into the room, also stepping on Dick as though he wasn't there.)

Chad: Jon, I have a proposition for you.

Jon: Oh goody.

Chad: Look, I know things didn't go too well out there just now for my team, and that's what I wanted to talk about. I don't do well in a team environment, I need to be out on my own. One on one, I'm the best you have here, bar none.

Jon: Okay...get to the point.

Chad: Well we're coming up on the second Pay Per View event, and you haven't named a number one contender for the RCW Championship. Now we all know what the main event needs to make Firestorm even bigger than Breakout. You need Collyer. Look, I'm ready to break through, you've got the next huge star standing right in front of you.

Jon: Do I?

Chad: Hey, this event shouldn't even get off the ground without Collyer at the top. With me you'll get noticed, with me you'll get the fan's loyalty. You need Collyer to set the standard. Now if you're done playing wrestling promoter with all your old Ohio friends, I think it's about time a real wrestler got the spotlight.

Jon: I've given you a spotlight before, and as I recall you walked away from it. If you want to earn another one, it'll take more than words.

(Chad stares down Jon, then turns and leaves the room.)

(Commercial break.)

("Fuel" hits and Dusty Schneble makes his way to the ring, accompanied by Jay Crowe.)

Tara: Welcome back to Foundation, on the road to Firestorm in the heart of Cincinnati. This is Tara Fisher, and to my right is an empty seat. We are set for singles action from one half of the RCW Tag Team Champions.

("Crazy Train" hits and Silver King makes his way to the ring.)

Dusty Schneble vs. Silver King

(Dusty and King trade punches, Dusty catches King in a uranage suplex. He stomps King mercilessly, and King crawls to the corner. Dusty kicks him in the gut as he turns over, to lay against the bottom turnbuckle, then chokes him with his foot. The ref backs him away from King and reprimands him. Jay runs over and chokes King from the outside. He lets go as the ref turns back to check on King. King eventually gets to his feet and charges, but Dusty hits a flapjack and covers for two. King rolls to the ropes and gets up. Dusty runs the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but King ducks under and spins Dusty around for a DDT. He goes up to the top rope and hits a moonsault. He climbs up for a second but Jay gets up on the apron. King argues with him and the ref tries to remove him from the apron. Dusty pushes King and crotches him on the top rope. King falls backward to the mat and Dusty pulls him up to his feet, picking him up and hitting the Rope Burn for three.)

Winner: Dusty Schneble by pin

Tara: Dusty got the better of Silver King, but I wonder if he could ever do it on his own.

("Seek and Destroy" hits and Austin Lee and Joey Sprinklers make their way to the ring.)

Tara: Oh damn.

(Austin Lee slides in the ring and pulls Silver King up to his feet. He holds open the ropes and looks to be helping Silver King leave, but as King steps through the ropes Austin pushes King roughly out, and he lands in a heap on the arena floor.)

Tara: Well that was certainly necessary.

Austin: Good evening to everyone in...where the hell are we now? Oh, to hell with it, everywhere in Ohio looks pretty much the same, one flat piece of land filled with cows. Now we're getting ready to make the drive to Cincinnati in a couple weeks. Maybe I'll take in a concert while I'm there, if my life insurance is paid up by then. Now if you people will kindly quiet down so I can get to business at hand. Dusty...good work tonight, you two never disappoint. What better way to show the world the power of the Heel Stable than with the Pyro Twins continuing to dominate...well, to be honest I can think of one way, and that's to have three champions in the fold.

(Joey looks up at Austin and looks around with an amazed look, as if he expects that Austin wants him to go for the RCW Championship.)

Austin: The man who holds the RCW Championship should be talented.

(Joey smiles and poses for the crowd behind Austin.)

Austin: The man who holds the RCW Championship should be a charismatic individual.

(Joey starts to dance.)

Austin: The man who holds the RCW Championship needs to be both strong and agile.

(Joey starts running the ropes and doing cartwheels.)

Austin: The man who holds...what the hell are you doing?

(He turns to Joey)

Austin: Have you gone screwy? I was talking about me! Alan Mayse, you may have escaped from me with that belt before, but you've never faced me at my true best, and now that I have the power of the Heel Stable behind me, no one can stand in my way. Rest assured, the next time we meet in the ring, it will be your last day as champion.

("Seek and Destroy" hits again and the Heel Stable leaves the ring.)

Tara: Strong words from a man who doesn't even have a title match scheduled. Well Ladies and Gentleman we have one last match for the night, Alan Mayse is in the arena. He will take on one half of our very own super hero team, Swinger. Stay tuned, it's up next.

(Commercial break.)

("Simon Says" hits and Swinger makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: We are set for our main event contest, a non-title affair concerning this man and the RCW Champion Alan Mayse. I don't know for sure how focused Swinger can be, especially concerning how he has to deal with his own partner. We saw them together earlier tonight before the show started.

(Footage is shown of Aki Mann and Swinger backstage.)

Swinger: Aki, Did you hear? Swinger is wrestling Alan Mayse tonight in a non title match.

Aki: Congratulations, My swinger Sidekick. With this match you can strike fear into the hearts of the wicked and show them the true strength of Swinging Justice. I don't want you to be too distracted.

Swinger: Why would Swinger be distracted?

Aki: It's just that...well, my faithful friend, I know that we haven't been successful, you know, concerning the Ohio Tag Team Tournament.

Swinger: Oh? You figured that out?

Aki: Of course, it doesn't take a genius to see that.

Swinger: Good, for awhile I was worried you still thought we were...

Aki: On the easy path? Hardly. With the matches we've lost over the past couple months I know we're in a very low bracket, but as long as we stick together there is still hope. But put all thought of those Ohio Tag Team belts out of your mind for tonight, focus on your singles match. Once it is over, then we shall plan our victory elsewhere. Good luck tonight, I must be off.

(Aki poses and rushes away.)

Aki: Aki MAAAAAAAAAANNNNNNN!!!!

(Back to the arena, "Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)

Alan Mayse vs. Swinger

(Alan keeps Swinger grounded with an armbar, Swinger rolls over and gets to the ropes. He gets up, Alan keeping a respectful distance. Swinger and Alan lock up and Swinger goes behind for a German suplex. Alan blocks and goes for a standing switch, but Swinger breaks away and hits a swinging cradle neckbreaker. He stomps Alan and applies a cross armbreaker. Alan almost lets himself get pinned, but gets a shoulder up, rolling Swinger back onto his shoulder as he raises himself up to get to his feet. Alan pushes Swinger down into a pinning predicament, but Swinger kicks out hard, sending Alan into the corner. He charges but Alan hits a boot to the head and goes to the outside. Swinger turns back toward Alan to get caught with a slingshot dropkick. He covers for two. Swinger rolls to his stomach and slowly gets up. Alan hits a knee to the midsection that backs Swinger into the corner. Alan runs at him for another dropkick but Swinger rolls out of the way, and Alan lands upside down in the corner, rolling back himself. When he gets back up, Swinger applies a Cobra Clutch and goes for the Swing Thing, but Alan reaches out to grab the ropes, Swinger loses his grip as he falls backward, and Alan turns quickly, putting Swinger into position and applying the Maysochist. Swinger taps out.

Winner: Alan Mayse by submission.

Tara: Alan Mayse with the Maysochist, that is an incredibly punishing hold, Swinger had no choice but to give in.

(Swinger stands up, looking upset, but he calms himself enough to shake Alan's hand.)

Tara: That's all for Foundation this week, and what a week it's been. Don't miss us next week as we go live from Chillicothe Ohio, and coming up Saturday August 28, don't forget to order RCW Firestorm on Pay Per View. For the now absent Dick Broccoli, this is Tara Fisher. Good night.
