("Prayer" opening.)
("Copa Cabana" hits and the Cabana Boyz make their way to the ring.)
Tara: Welcome to another edition of FPPVW Foundation! We're on the road to Wrestling Revolution, just a little over two weeks away from the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. I'm Tara Fisher, along with Dick Broccoli.
Dick: And right here tonight, Silver King will take on Cody Hawk. Plus, we'll get an update on the condition of Pinky from the Eccentrics. But we're starting off the night of action with Rico Casanova and Colt Cabana.
(Colt gets a mic.)
Colt: Okay, what me and Rico want to know, is how did we get from nearly becoming Ohio Tag Team Champions to opening the show?
Tara: They didn't "nearly" do anything in the Ohio Tag Team Tournament, besides tie Los Villanos and Swinger and Joey Sprinklers as the quickest team eliminated.
Colt: We intend to prove with this match that we belong in the upper rankings of tag teams in FPPVW. The fans want to see us... the ladies want to see us... hell, gay guys, straight guys, all the children in the world, fat kids, short kids, tall kids, they all want to see the Cabana Boyz in action! So Concession Boyz, get out here and we'll make this as quick and painful as possible!
("Let's All Go the Lobby" hits and the Concession Boyz make their way to the ring, selling "Get Well, Pinky" cards.)
Tara: The Cabana Boyz may think they're in for an easy night, but this team of Concession Boy Sr. and Concession Boy III are not pushovers.
Dick: But look at what they're doing. There is no such piece of merchandise as a "Get Well, Pinky" card. They can't solicit their own merchandise!
Tara: As I understand it, Jon Z okayed this, and we have a mailing address up on ppvrenegade.com for anyone interested in wishing Pinky a speedy recovery.
(FINISH: Concession Boy Sr. and Colt Cabana get the hot tags. Sr. clotheslines Colt a couple of times and then whips him into the ropes, hitting a spinning heel kick. He whips Colt into the corner and charges, but Colt elbows him in the face. Colt goes for a running bulldog, but Sr. throws him off. Colt staggers back to his feet and Sr. hits the Dr. Bob Beer Bomb. He covers, but Rico comes in and breaks up the pin. CBIII comes in and forearms Casanova to the canvas. He alleyoops Sr. and they hit Hot Salty Nuts on Colt. Rico rolls to the outside, and Sr. hits him with a pescado. CBIII picks up Colt and tries to whip him into the corner, but Colt counters into a wristlock and pulls CBIII in, hitting a northern lights suplex in the corner. CBIII slumps to the mat, and Sr. gets back in the ring. Colt ducks a jumping reverse crescent kick and kicks Sr. in the midsection. He hits the Colt .45 and covers for the pin.)
Winners: The Cabana Boyz
Tara: The Cabana Boyz pick up the victory, and they earned it, I'll give them that.
Dick: I think as we approach Wrestling Revolution, where we will see the first FPPVW Tag Team Champions crowned, you'll see a lot of the other teams jockeying for position because they'll all want first crack at either the Eccentrics or the Pyro Twins.
(Colt helps Rico up on the outside, and they make their way back up the aisle.)
Tara: With more wins like that, the Cabana Boyz could certainly be on their way to capture tag team gold. I'm sure we haven't seen the last of them, and you haven't seen the last of us! We'll be right back.
(Commercial Break)
(Jon Z is in his office, writing on a clipboard. Someone knocks on the door.)
Jon: Come in.
(Naomi Leach enters the room.)
Jon: If it isn't my fighting Ladies' Champion. What can I do for you?
Naomi: Jon, what the hell do you think you're doing?
Jon: What?
Naomi: Me against Kai at Wrestling Revolution? What the hell are you thinking!?
Jon: I thought that would make you happy. I know you really want a spot on FPPVW's biggest event yet.
(Naomi throws her title down and walks around, clenching her hands on her head, looking like her head's about to explode.)
Naomi: This is ruining everything. Jon, I don't think that Kai is ready for this match!
Jon: I beg to differ.
Naomi: I mean, why don't you just give the match to another of your little girlfriends...
Jon: Hey. Despite what Jade may have told you, I just want to take this opportunity to say that I never had sexual relations with that woman. She got that title shot because I scheduled a Triple Threat Match, and you didn't want Kai in on it. If I didn't know any better, I'd say that you were avoiding Kai.
Naomi: That's ridiculous. I merely want her to be at her best, so that our next match can go down in history as one of the greatest women's matches ever.
Jon: Well, guess what? She hasn't lost a singles match since Darkest Night, and I believe that means that she's at her best. My decision stands. Kai Kitta... Naomi Leach... Wrestling Revolution... Ladies' Title on the line. I suggest you worry less about who you're facing and more about how you're going to beat who you're facing.
Naomi: Fine, Jon, but know this. Kai Kitta was FPPVW's little poster girl... until Darkest Night when I did what nobody expected and beat her to become the first Ladies' Champion. Since that night, I have mauled, I have decimated, and I have annihilated anyone in my path to keep that belt. That continues at Wrestling Revolution... all in the spirit of competition, of course.
(She picks up her title and leaves, slamming the door.)
Jon: Man, I can't wait to see those two tear it up in two weeks.
(In the hallway, Swinger is pacing up and down when he suddenly comes face to face with Aki Mann.)
Swinger: Aki, Swinger's got a problem!
Aki: Ah, I know that problem that plagues you, Citizen Swinger! You have spent years of your life supporting and participating in the machinations of the Great Evil! You are torn between the evil front that you put up, and the good-natured Swinger inside! You want to reject the Great Evil and embrace justice! But you are torn. But now, Citizen Swinger... now is the time. Tonight, I... Aki Maaaaan.... will have my rematch with the Great Evil's henchman who so villainously beat me two weeks ago... Villano IV!
Swinger: I thought that was Villano V.
Aki: It makes no difference or matter! Tonight, you must make your choice. And if you choose the side of good, I can see good things in our future. If you choose the path of the right, it is my belief that... justice is imminent!
(Aki strikes a heroic pose as Swinger looks like he's about to vomit.)
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "My Way" is playing and Nykk is standing in the ring amidst the Nykk Show furniture.)
Tara: We're back, and it's time for Nykk, who still isn't the FPPVW Champion, to take it away with the Nykk Show.
Dick: You just love rubbing that in his face, don't you?
Tara: It gets sweeter every time I say it.
Nykk: You must be very happy with yourself, Fox. Not only did you cost me my FPPVW Championship, but because of that, I now have to wait until after Wrestling Revolution to get another shot! But I guess every cloud has its silver lining. Because at Wrestling Revolution, Fox, you and I face off again, and I will beat you, again.
Dick: It sounds like Nykk is accepting Ronin Fox's challenge.
Nykk: But this time... this time, Fox, I end it. Permanently. I admit, I couldn't get it done the last time we wrestled. I thought an Aurora Driver would be enough to put you out for good, but I made a mistake. I showed mercy. I let up, and it cost me big. So this time, I've enlisted help, and that help is my guest this week. He is the man who, after my victory, will drop you on your head until you don't have any vertebrae left. Believe it, this is one alliance that Jon Z doesn't want to see. Without any further adieu, my guest... Austin Lee!
("The Way I Am" hits and Austin Lee makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Nykk and Lee have worked together before, but it seems that this time they've made some common cause. But what's in this for Austin Lee?
Dick: I don't know, but with these two working together, who can stop them? Even Jon Z can't, and certainly not Ronin Fox or Alan Mayse.
Nykk: Austin, once again, welcome to the Nykk Show.
Austin: I'm glad to be here, Nykk.
Nykk: Now, the people want to know this, Austin. At Wrestling Revolution... the main event... Austin Lee vs. Alan Mayse... FPPVW Championship at stake... you have kicked out of the Tiger Bomb... and you've pinned Alan with the Degenerate Driver. The question is, how is it going to go down at Wrestling Revolution: Austin Lee vs. Alan Mayse, refereed by David Caldwell?
Tara: What!?
Austin: I think that we'll both get what we want. First, I will help you end Ronin Fox's career, and then, I will go on to become the new FPPVW Champion.
Nykk: Now, make no mistake, Austin. I don't like you; you don't like me, and that's cool. The thought of you walking around FPPVW with my gold around your waist makes me positively ill. But I realize that with Fox on my back, I can never truly focus on getting the title back. However, I've chased this fox up a tree, and at Wrestling Revolution, I'm counting on you to take aim and pull the trigger.
Tara: That's sick.
Austin: As long as you fulfill your end of the bargain. But Wrestling Revolution is two weeks away. Let's say we celebrate this alliance by having a little fun right here tonight.
Nykk: What did you have in mind?
Austin: You and me against Fox and Alan.
(Nykk smiles.)
Nykk: You're suggesting that we face off against the cripple and Plain Vanilla? I like the sound of that. How about it, Fox? Alan? We eagerly await your answer.
Austin: Mayse, I'm going to show you once again tonight that you cannot beat me. Now hit my music.
Nykk: No! With all due respect, Austin, this is my show. So hit MY music!
("My Way" hits and they exit the ring.)
Tara: An uneasy partnership to say the least. But I have to admit, they just announced this alliance and they already have FPPVW by the throat. They could very well directly affect the outcome of the two highest billed matches of Wrestling Revolution.
Dick: They are the puppet masters. They pull the strings.
(The camera switches to Tara and Dick.)
Tara: Now, ladies and gentlemen, for the past few weeks the Pyro Twins have been saying that they would show us just why they were called the Pyro Twins, but none of us could have expected who their first victim would be. Last week, they struck. Take a look.
(Footage is shown from the week before of the Pyro Twins attacking the Eccentrics, setting Torgo's hand on fire and then throwing fireballs into Pinky's face.)
(In the arena, "Am I Evil" hits and Los Villanos make their way to the ring.)
Tara: We'll hear from the Eccentrics a little later on with an update on Pinky's condition. Right now, though, Aki Mann has a chance at revenge against Villano V for the events of two weeks ago.
Dick: He accused Los Villanos of switching places when it was Aki who threw the wrong guy back in the ring!
(The backwards "Superman" theme hits and Aki Mann makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Earlier on, Aki talked to Swinger about switching sides, but I don't know. I know Aki needs a partner if he's going to get anywhere against two Villanos, but Swinger?
Dick: This idiot still thinks he's in the Ohio Tag Team Tournament, doesn't he? He probably thinks this is a qualifying match or something.
Tara: Swinger didn't want to be the one to break the news to Aki and destroy what's left of his mind. That was his problem, there was no indecision about good or evil.
(FINISH: About a minute in, Villano V lifts Aki for a powerslam. Aki escapes and pushes V into the ref, who gets knocked out. Aki accuses V of intentionally knocking out the ref and charges, but V dropkicks him. As Aki gets up, Villano IV jumps into the ring and V drops down. IV rolls over him and lays down as V rolls over him, and they repeat this several times until Aki is thoroughly confused as to which is which. They get up and stare at Aki as he paces back and forth, trying to make a decision. Suddenly, Swinger runs down the aisle and jumps in the ring. He throws IV over the top rope and then hits the Swing Thing on V from behind. He points down at V and wakes up the ref. Aki gives Swinger a thumbs up and covers for the pin.)
Winner: Aki Mann
Tara: Aki Mann took care of business and got the win over Villano V, with help from Swinger!
Dick: Well, Aki still thinks he's in a tournament that's over, and Swinger thinks he's someone else, so I guess they're peas in a pod.
(Aki is jubilant and continuously hugs Swinger, acting like he's just won a World Title.)
Tara: We understand that Ronin Fox and Alan Mayse have an answer to the challenge issued by Nykk and Austin Lee, but up next is Cody Hawk vs. Silver King. Stay tuned!
(Commercial Break)
(In the arena, "Follow" hits and Cody Hawk makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: We're back on Foundation, and Cody Hawk has not been happy recently. Due to Austin Lee abandoning him in the Ohio Tag Team Tournament, his hopes of being one half of the first FPPVW Tag Team Champions has been shattered.
Dick: That still doesn't give Cynric the right to rub it in his face like he did last week. How rude is that?
("Crazy Train" hits and Silver King makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Silver King looks ready for action tonight, but I guess he and Cynric have officially called it quits as a team.
Dick: Yes, they finally showed some intelligence. Their team just did not work.
(FINISH: Silver King manages to apply the Silver Surfer, but Cody is too close to the ropes and grabs the middle one. Silver King breaks the hold and whips Cody into the corner. Cody reverses and charges, but Silver King gets his feet up. He goes for a victory roll, but Cody refuses to roll through and puts Silver King on his back, putting his feet on the ropes and getting the three count.)
Winner: Cody Hawk
Tara: Cody Hawk picks up a big victory, but I would have liked to see him do it in a better fashion than he did.
Dick: Hey, the ropes saved him and then he decided to use them again to help him win. How is that wrong?
Tara: Cody Hawk just sent a message to Cynric by beating his former partner. Those two haven't liked each other since Cody Hawk's first day here. What will happen when they finally mix it up in the ring?
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Zac Hensley is standing with Ronin Fox, holding a mic.)
Zac: Welcome back to Foundation, ladies and gentlemen. I'm standing here with Ronin Fox, who made his return to FPPVW at Countdown, and has challenged Nykk to a match at Wrestling Revolution. Fox, how is your neck feeling?
Fox: My neck is still a little sore, but I should be 100% by the time Wrestling Revolution comes around. Nykk, you may think that having Austin Lee in your corner will put me out, but you also thought the Aurora Driver would put me out at Gauntlet. You've taught this old fox some new tricks, and in two weeks, the trick will be on you.
Zac: But earlier tonight, Austin Lee and Nykk challenged you and Alan Mayse to a match. Have you talked with Alan, and do you accept?
Fox: I have talked with Alan, and I speak on his behalf. We accept your challenge, Nykk, and tonight I'm just going to give you a little taste of what you can expect from me at Wrestling Revolution.
(He leaves.)
Zac: Well, that's all from back here... wait a minute...
(He points and the camera pans over to catch the Eccentrics standing by a water fountain.)
Zac: Huh, Cheesecake! Can I have a word?
(The Eccentrics come over, looking somber.)
Zac: Guys, last week the Pyro Twins did the unthinkable, throwing two fireballs right into the face of your manager Pinky. I was wondering if you could let us know Pinky's condition and when we can expect her back.
Huh: First of all, Zac, we'd also like to tell you the condition of Torgo, but we haven't seen hide nor hoof of him since last week. As for Pinky, she is at home recovering, and the doctors have said she should be able to return in about five to six weeks, though she'll still need to shield her face with bandages for some time.
Cheesecake: As you can see, Zac, the Pyro Twins have not shown up tonight, because they knew we would be here waiting for them. Well, they can't hide from us forever. I know we're a comedy act. We love going out there and bringing a little levity to the show. But if you hurt us or those we love, we will fight. If the Pyro Twins think that using fire is going to make them the first FPPVW Tag Team Champions, then by all means, bring it. Bring whatever you want to our match at Wrestling Revolution, because me and Huh want to make this a little more interesting.
Huh: We want Jon Z to make our match at Wrestling Revoultion "Anything Goes." We want the Pyro Twins to feel some of the pain that they've inflicted here in FPPVW. And if we have to wade through a river of fire to accomplish that goal, that's what we're going to have to do.
(They leave.)
(Commercial Break)
(Backstage, Ronin Fox is walking toward the ring when Jon Z runs up behind him.)
Jon: Fox! Wait a minute.
(Fox turns around.)
Jon: Listen, I know you want your revenge on Nykk, and no one would like to see you get it more than I would. But you are not medically cleared to wrestle. As a boss, it would be an insurance nightmare for me if you got hurt, but more importantly, as a human being I cannot in good conscience let you wrestle tonight.
Fox: What are you talking about, Jon? If Nykk and Lee aren't shut down, they could run this whole promotion into the ground!
Jon: I know, and I'll deal with them, but on my terms. But for tonight, you will not step into that ring.
(Fox lowers his head and walks away.)
Jon: Fox... what are you going to do?
Fox: If Alan wrestles by himself, they'll kill him. I need to go find him a partner.
(In the arena, "The Way I Am" hits and Austin Lee makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: We're ready for our main event, but we don't know who Alan's partner will be!
Dick: Good for Jon for recognizing that Fox is a danger to himself and to FPPVW...
Tara: Will you stop? Fox wants to get back at Nykk so bad that he's willing to risk his health, but Jon saw the potential for disaster.
("My Way" hits and Nykk makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: You'll notice that the rest of the Heel Stable is not here tonight. Apparently, Nykk was so impressed with their work in the last couple of weeks that he gave them the night off.
Dick: That's so like Nykk. Always generous toward his fellow man.
("Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Alan has to be apprehensive. He's going into this match by himself, unless Ronin Fox finds him a partner, against two of the most dangerous men in FPPVW.
Dick: Austin Lee has to be loving this. What a perfect way to soften Alan up for their title match at Wrestling Revolution.
(Alan looks toward the dressing room as his music fades, but no one comes out. After waiting a few moments, Nykk and Lee get impatient and ambush Alan from behind. The ref calls for the bell to start the match. They hit Alan in the back with forearms and whip him into the ropes. Alan takes both of them down with a double flying clothesline. He hiptosses Nykk, and knocks Lee down with a back elbow. The ref gets Austin out of the ring as Nykk gets back to his feet. Alan shoves Nykk into a corner and starts hitting him with right hands. He whips Nykk into the opposite corner and charges. Nykk tips up and Alan crashes into the turnbuckles. Nykk hits him with some chops and then whips him back to the opposite side. Alan reverses, and Nykk tries to tip up again, but Alan shakes the ropes and Nykk falls face first onto the top turnbuckle. He staggers out of the corner and Alan hits him with a running dropkick. He covers, and gets a one count. He goes for a back suplex, but Nykk escapes and lands on his feet, hitting a leg lariat to the back of Alan's head. He gives Alan a snap suplex and tags in Austin Lee. Lee hits Alan with a kneedrop and covers for a one count. He backs Alan into a corner and hits him with right hands. He whips Alan into the ropes, but Alan ducks a clothesline and rolls Austin up with a crucifix. He gets a two count, and Lee gets to his feet. Alan hits a drop toehold and bounces off the ropes, taking Austin down with a clothesline. He goes to the top rope and goes for a senton splash, but Austin moves and tags in Nykk. Alan gets up and Nykk hits a swinging neckbreaker. He stomps on Alan's head a few times and brings him to his feet. He goes for a vertical suplex, but Alan escapes and runs Nykk to the ropes, bouncing him off and rolling him up. Nykk pushes Alan off at two, right into a right hand from Austin Lee. Alan staggers, and Nykk bounces off the ropes, hitting a half nelson bulldog. He covers for a two count. Nykk applies a dragon sleeper, but it doesn't take long for Alan to regain his feet. He hits Nykk with forearms and propels himself up and over Nykk's body, pushing him into the ropes. Alan hits a standing dropkick, and the ref starts the ten count. Nykk starts crawling to his corner.)
Tara: Alan bought himself some time, but Nykk has a partner to tag. Alan doesn't have anyone in his corner.
(Suddenly, "Soul Creation" hits and Cynric runs to the ring, getting in Alan's corner and extending his hand.)
Tara: It's Cynric! Ronin Fox's brother is here to help the FPPVW Champion!
Dick: Wait, this isn't fair! You can't just inject yourself into a match once it's started!
(Nykk tags Austin, and Alan tags Cynric. Cynric comes in and hits Austin with rights and chops. Austin shoves Cynric away and tries a clothesline, but Cynric ducks and sweeps Austin's legs. Nykk comes in and gets a back body drop. Cynric spins and kicks Lee in the midsection, following up with a chop to the back of the head. He waits for Austin to get up and hits the Lift Off. He covers, but Nykk breaks up the pin. Alan comes in and spears Nykk, who rolls out of the ring. He charges Nykk, but Nykk moves and pushes him into the steps. Nykk grabs a chair as Cynric goes for the Shock Cannon. Austin escapes and pushes him into the ropes, where Nykk hits him in the back with the chair. Austin covers, but only gets a two count. He tags Nykk, and puts Cynric in a reverse front face lock. Nykk grabs Cynric's legs and they hit a reverse DDT/spinebuster combo. Nykk covers and gets another two count.)
(Commercial Break)
(Back from the break, Nykk is dropping a knee on Cynric's back. He tags Austin, who gives Cynric a backbreaker. He goes to the second rope and hits a legdrop across Cynric's chest, covering for a two count. He goes for a powerbomb, but Cynric fights back with right hands. However, Nykk grabs him from the outside and Austin drops, sending Cynric throat first across the top rope. Austin tags Nykk in, and Nykk picks up Cynric and hits a rolling Samoan drop. He picks him up again, but Cynric elbows Nykk in the midsection and bounces off the ropes. He goes for a rolling koppo kick, but Nykk catches his leg and applies the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf. Cynric tries making it to the ropes, but can't quite make it. Finally, as he's almost there, Alan pushes the bottom rope into Cynric's hand. Nykk breaks the hold and complains to the ref. He hits a back suplex on Cynric, and rolls through to hit the Trinity, bridging on the dragon suplex for the pin. At two, Alan comes in and kicks Nykk's leg out from under him to break it up. Nykk tags in Austin, who drops an elbow on Cynric. He picks Cynric up and tries a right, but Cynric blocks and hits a jawbreaker. He lunges to his corner and tags in Alan. Alan hits Austin with a slingshot legdrop and then runs over to forearm Nykk off the apron. Austin tries a clothesline, but Alan ducks and catches him with an exploder suplex. Nykk comes back in and receives a powerslam. Alan hits the Tiger Bomb on Austin, but Austin just barely kicks out at two. Alan can't believe he kicked out again, and goes for it again, but Nykk comes in with the chair. Alan kicks him and takes away the chair, but the ref takes the chair from Alan. Austin kicks Alan and hits a hangman's neckbreaker as Cynric tackles Nykk and takes him out of the ring. Austin pulls Alan back up and hits the Degenerate Driver. Nykk holds Cynric's foot so he can't get back in, and Austin covers Alan and gets the three count.)
Winners: Austin Lee and Nykk
Tara: Once again, Alan failed to put away Austin with the Tiger Bomb, and then fell to the Degenerate Driver.
Dick: I believe that Austin Lee has Alan Mayse's number, and come Wrestling Revolution, you're looking at the new FPPVW Champion!
Tara: This new alliance of Nykk and Austin Lee is shining bright tonight, and they could very well change the course of Wrestling Revolution. But we're out of time this week. For Dick Broccoli, I'm Tara Fisher. Good night, everyone!
