(Prayer Opening, in the ring, Huh and Cheesecake are dancing and throwing streamers out into the crowd.)
Tara: Welcome everyone to the first episode of Foundation on Fox Sports! This is Tara Fisher.
Dick: An I'm Dick Broccoli. I'd like to say we're set to show off some FPPVW action, but at the moment the Eccentrics are hogging the ring.
Tara: Huh and Cheesecake, still celebrating capturing the FPPVW Tag Team Championships, now celebrating our new home on Fox Sports Digital 2. They've been partying with the crowd since they first started filing in an hour ago.
Dick: Well, at least they know when it's the time to party.
(Cheesecake picks up a mic.)
Cheesecake: He-looooo, gue'th what everyone, we're on the air!
(Huh takes the mic and belches into it.)
Huh: Oops...The FPPVW Arena in Dayton Ohio is now broadcasting live on Fox Sports.
Cheesecake: Th'ay he-looo to Fox everyone.
(Huh looks around.)
Huh: I don?t see him. I don't think he's here tonight.
Dick: Wonderful way to begin, thank you Huh.
Tara: He thinks Cheesecake's talking about our own Ronin Fox, who in fact was given the night off due to nagging neck problems after his match with Dusty Schneble last week.
Cheesecake: Well, we're here on Fox Sport'th, we've got a lot of men in action tonight. (He giggles) There'th only one thing left to do.
Huh: Strut!
("Pajamarama" hits and The Eccentrics strut and dance their way out of the arena. Ring techs work on removing the streamers from the ring.)
Tara: Cheesecake is right about the action, it's going to intense.
Dick: That's right, Colt Cabana is in the arena tonight, he'll be taking on Silver King.
Tara: The Heel Killer, Kevin Stone, takes on long time rival and former stable mate Joey Sprinklers in a rematch from WrestlingRevolution.
Dick: And just announced earlier today, two men who are practically tasting the FPPVW championship are in action for the right to challenge the current titleholder Alan Mayse. The leader of the Heel Stable, Nykk, and Austin Lee.
(The Aki Mann Theme hits and Swinging Justice makes their way to the ring.)
Tara: In the meantime we have Swinging Justice here to take on the team of Johnny Kashmere and Chris Stylez, a team we haven't seen much of since the FPPVW Tag Team Tournament wrapped up.
(Aki Mann gets a mic.)
Dick: Well world, prepare yourself for this.
Aki: Greetings citizens of Daytopolis, and now, greetings to the world and beyond!
Tara: How wide does he think the audience for Fox Sports is? Does he think they're watching on Krypton or what?
Dick: Krypton? That blew up a long long time ago, you should know that.
Aki: Let it be known all though the lands where my voice is heard, that you no longer have to fear evil and wickedness. Aki Mann and his swinging sidekick are always on call to help. To demonstrate our worth, we shall show you our powers in this tournament match, taking us one step closer to the FPPVW Ohio Tag Team Championships!
Dick: No one's told him yet?
Tara: The tournament ended over a month ago, Aki Mann was going to be in it, but was taken out before his team even competed, ever since then he's suffered under this delusion that he is still eligible. No one has the heart to tell him that the Ohio Tag Team Championships were already won by the Eccentrics and unified with the titles once held by the Pyro Twins.
(Swinger takes the mic.)
Swinger: Aki! Swinger finally has to tell you. About this tournament...well...
Dick: Just get it over with! Spit it out.
Swinger: Swinger and Aki aren't doing too well. Swinger doesn't think we're going to win the titles.
(Aki takes the mic back.)
Aki: There there, eager young crimefighter, things will work out. Nothing can stand in the way of true justice.
(He strikes a heroic pose as "One Step Closer" hits and Johnny Kashmere and Chris Stylez make their way to the ring.)
Swinging Justice vs. Johnny Kashmere and Chris Stylez
(Aki and Chris start, shaking hands and locking up. Chris picks Aki up for a vertical suplex, but Aki breaks free and spins Chris around, whipping him into the ropes. Chris ducks a clothesline and hits a high dropkick. Aki gets up fast, but Chris sweeps his legs and stands up to hit a leg drop and cover for two.)
(Chris tags in Johnny, who stops Aki from crawling to his corner with an elbow to the small of the back. He drags Aki back to the center of the ring. He applies an ankle lock, but Aki turns over and kicks him away. Aki kicks up to his feet and catches Johnny with a standing armbar, hitting an armbar DDT and covering for a two count.)
(Johnny shoves Aki aside and gets to his feet. Aki charges but is met with a boot to the midsection. Johnny hits the Cradle Breaker. He covers but Aki gets his foot on the bottom rope. Johnny drags Aki away from the ropes, but Aki aims a kick to the head and gets to his feet. He runs the ropes and hits a flying crossbody, rolling off Johnny to reach his corner and make the tag.)
(Swinger comes in and hits a dropkick on Johnny. Chris comes in and gets armdragged. Swinger whips Johnny to the ropes and uses his momentum to lock on a cobra clutch. He tries for the Swing Thing, but Chris hits a chopblock on him, and he releases the hold as he falls. Aki climbs to the top rope and grabs Chris as he backs up, turning him around for a tornado DDT. Aki rolls Chris out of the ring as Johnny pulls him up and hits a running bulldog. He turns back to Swinger but gets caught with the Swinger Stinger for the pin.)
Winners: Swinging Justice
Tara: Wow, Swinger gets the pin, would you consider this an upset?
Dick: The mere fact that two people so confused can possibly pull together a win is amazing to me.
(Aki and Swinger offer handshakes, like the classy heroic types they are. Chris and Johnny argue with each other, seeming to ignore them. Finally Johnny takes Aki's hand and pulls him in to hit the Backseat Driver.)
Tara: Hey! The match is over, I thought these two were the honorable type.
Dick: Whatever makes them feel better, I know I'd hate to lose to a costumed freak and a idiot with a obvious personality confusion disorder.
(Swinger pushes Johnny, but Johnny whips him into the corner. Chris goes outside and climbs up the turnbuckles, hitting the Stylish Neckbreaker on Swinger.
Tara: This is horrible, what kind of message are they sending by being such poor losers?
Dick: Well I do know the message Aki Mann and Swinger got. It goes something along the lines of "Ow."
Tara: We have to take a break, there's lots more to come on Foundation.
(Commercial Break.)
(A video highlighting some of the greatest moments of FPPVW's first year is shown. In the arena, "Crazy Train" hits and Silver King makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: The first year of FPPVW was a wild ride, and much of it will be available soon on DVD. Every one of the huge monthly events, originally aired on DATV will be released, and if you buy WrestlingRevolution, you will get the FPPVW Yearbook DVD, a chronicle of the best and most important moments of FPPVW Foundation from 2003 to just before the Revolution began.
("Copa Cabana" hits and Colt Cabana makes his way to the ring.)
Dick: You can also check out PPVrenegade.com to take a look back at FPPVW history.
Silver King vs. Colt Cabana
(Silver King hits a dragon screw legwhip that sends Colt near the corner. King hits two moonsaults off the second rope. He climbs up for a third but Colt rolls away and stands up. King turns around, still on the ropes, but Colt pulls him out and spins around, hitting a northern lights suplex into the corner. He covers for two, but King gets his foot on the ropes.)
(Colt walks behind the ref and sneaks something out of his tights into his right hand. He charges King with a clothesline, but King ducks and backs up, hitting a tiger feint kick when Colt turns around. Colt collapses against the ropes, King sets up for a tornado DDT. Colt punches King in the stomach then the face with his loaded right hand. King slumps on the ropes and Colt pulls him off the rope onto his shoulders, hitting the Colt .45 for the pin.)
Winner: Colt Cabana by pin.
(Colt sneaks the foreign object back to his tights as the ref raises his arm.)
Tara: Did he have something in his hand?
Dick: I didn't see anything.
Tara: I could have sworn there was something there, but I couldn't make out what.
Dick: Well the ref obviously didn't see anything, and he was right there.
(Backstage, Austin Lee is walking down the hallway, Nykk is leaning against the wall.)
Nykk: Hey, you ready?
Austin: Ready? What's there to get ready for? It's just another match on the way to the top.
Nykk: Oh is that what this is? I guess I could see that, another match on the way up, except if you're not prepared, then it's a match for me on the way up. I wouldn't suggest taking it lightly.
Austin: How could I take anything lightly if I have to carry your ass through a main event match?
Nykk: Carry me? You think you have carry the leader of the Heel Stable?
Austin: Right, the Heel Stable, that's been working out real well what with Joey Sprinklers embarrassing loss to Kevin Stone, and the Pyro Twins losing their tag team titles.
Nykk: Nothing keeps the Heels down for long. We're just looking for one big example to put us back on top, and if you're not careful it could be you? So there's been a couple slip ups, it's nothing a strong lead can't fix.
Austin: Of course...
(He starts to walk away.)
Austin: Too bad the lead's being set by the guy who was beat by a cripple.
(Nykk stares after Austin, fuming.)
(Commercial Break.)
(The camera focuses on Tara and Dick at ringside.)
Tara: Welcome back to Foundation, here at the FPPVW arena in Dayton Ohio. Those of you tuning in for the first time, don't you worry, FPPVW will be going on tour soon, and we just might be coming to a venue in your area.
Dick: We still have two big matches tonight, both of them of vital importance to the Heel Stable, a group in deep need of a way to restart their momentum. Since they first emerged in FPPVW they've been an important driving force, but they were shut out entirely at WrestlingRevolution, losing all three matches they were involved in.
Tara: Coming up in just a few moments is a rematch from WrestlingRevolution, Joey Sprinklers trying to get his win back from Kevin Stone and...what the hell is going on there?
(A bunch of the crowd has gathered around someone in the stands, the camera zooms in, and Brother Jim is in the center of the crowd yelling incomprehensively and pointing at the ring.)
Tara: It's Brother Jim again.
Dick: He seems to be complaining again too. If he doesn't like FPPVW why has be been buying tickets?
(Brother Jim works his way through the crowd and up to the guardrail, looking like he's going to jump over it. Security steps over and blocks his way. Cameras are close enough to pick up what he's saying.)
Brother Jim: This so called sports-entertainment has become an abomination on this world, and a plague on television, a great and mighty tool best suited to gather new followers and donations unto the Lord. Part for me, you who claim to be here for the security of the people, for I wish to speak on the security of their souls!
(The security guards don't move, Brother Jim turns around, looking defeated, then when the guards have started to turn back he suddenly runs and dives over the guardrail, right into one guards arms. He is passed to two other guards who lift him back over the guardrail and quickly out the door, his feet never touching the ground.)
Tara: Well, that'll be a good lesson to anyone who thinks of jumping the guardrail.
(Backstage, Colt Cabana is on a pay phone.)
Colt: Oh no, it was as easy day. They just booked me against the WCW reject Mexican Cowboy. Yippie ai frickin-a, no problem. You didn't see it? Well I told you it was on a different night. Yeah, well make sure and watch, of course if they don't get me a better challenge there won't be that much to watch.
(The camera moves, Silver King is standing directly behind Colt.)
Colt: What? No it was quick and painful. He had no idea how to fight back. Hmm? You know who I'm talking about, the guy that looks like a Mexican Super Mario. Yeah, now you got it. Right well I'll talk to you tomorrow alright? Later.
(Colt hangs up the phone and turns around, locking eyes with Silver King.)
Colt: Well this is awkward...you must really be embarrassed.
King: I'd think you'd me more embarrassed what with that stain.
(Silver King points at Colt's chest, Colt looks down and Silver King grabs him for a DDT. He gets up and laughs, stepping over Colt and picking up the phone. He puts in a coin and dials.)
King: Yo, it's me. Are you watching? What? Oh too bad, you just missed something good.
(Commercial Break.)
("Hit That" hits and Joey Sprinklers makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Joey Sprinklers set the tone for the Heel Stable at WrestlingRevolution when he lost a match against Kevin Stone, the man who left the Heel Stable several months ago.
Dick: Left? He was thrown to the curb.
("Smoke on the Water" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)
Joey Sprinklers vs. Kevin Stone
(Joey hits and runs throughout the match, rushing to keep away from Kevin's attacks. Joey hits a running neckbreaker and backs against the ropes. Joey charges forward with a dropkick to Kevin's head as he gets up to his knee. He covers for two.)
(Kevin gets up using the ropes. Joey whips him across the ring. Kevin goes for a spear on the rebound, but Joey leapfrogs over. Kevin gets back up but is caught with a reverse DDT to the knee. Joey goes for a cover, but Kevin hooks him into a roll up for two.)
(Joey kicks out and jumps up to his feet quickly and gets floored by a clothesline. Kevin gets up on the second rope and hits a second clothesline when Joey gets up. He sets up for a powerbomb, but Joey reverses with a double-leg takedown. He jumps over to apply a rear chinlock. Kevin forces his way back to his feet and tries to force Joey into the corner. Joey releases the hold and sends Kevin shoulder first into the corner. He sets up for Da Sprinklinator, but Kevin breaks free and picks Joey up for the Stone Cutter. Joey pushes away from Kevin while in the air and lands against the corner, climbing up top. Kevin charges the corner and hits a forearm to Joey's midsection. He climbs up and turns, hitting the Stone Cutter from the top. He covers for three.)
Winner: Kevin Stone by pin.
Dick: No! Come on Joey, what are you doing? The Heel Stable's reputation was at stake here.
Tara: And it has taken a blow here tonight, Joey Sprinklers losing two straight matches against the Heel-Killer. We're not done either, the Heel Stable's leader is in action against Austin Lee. Can Nykk make up for his lackey with a win here tonight? Stay with us!
(Commercial Break)
("The Way I Am" hits and Austin Lee makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: The man who came just short of winning the FPPVW Title at WrestlingRevolution is on his way out, trying to reestablish his momentum. He's aiming at the only former champion still competing in FPPVW, the leader of the Heel Stable, Nykk.
Dick: I'm torn in this match, both these men are great competitors. What a great way to close out our first night on Fox Sports that what is sure to be a phenomenal match.
("My Way" hits and Nykk makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: Nykk was challenged this past Friday on Foundation by the Heel-Killer Kevin Stone. His response came backstage shortly before coming on the air.
(Nykk is shown backstage on a split screen.)
Nykk: Almost anyone can pick at the edges of a pack and say they've done something. Kevin Stone, you want to call yourself the Heel-Killer, well at Sunstroke you'll be considered Heel-Killed.
Austin Lee vs. Nykk
(Austin and Nykk start to circle.)
Tara: There's pride on the line here, these two have worked together in the past, but they've never seen eye to eye.
Dick: They both have that competitive spirit, that's all. Deep down you can't trust anyone once you've stepped into the ring.
(Austin reaches for a collar elbow tie-up, but Nykk ducks under for a waist lock, tripping Austin to the mat and spinning around for a front face lock. Austin hooks his foot on the rope. Nykk backs up and charges with a forearm, prompting Austin and Nykk to trade punches. Nykk gets the better of the exchange and backs Austin into the corner. He backs up to aim a superkick, but Austin ducks and rolls out of the corner, standing and hitting a back elbow that sends Nykk headfirst into the turnbuckle He rolls Nykk up for a two count.)
(Nykk gets up and hits a hard clothesline on Austin, backing up to the ropes. Austin charges but gets back body dropped. He catches the ropes and lands on the apron, grabbing Nykk and hitting a modified hangman's neckbreaker onto the top rope, Austin dropping to the floor. He slides back in and drags Nykk toward the center of the ring, trying to lock on the Crimson Cloverleaf. Nykk fights away from Austin and rolls up to his feet. Austin goes for a clothesline, but Nykk ducks under and runs the ropes, hitting a running leg lariat. Nykk picks Austin up and goes for the Trinity suplexes. He hits the rolling back and the German suplex, but Austin blocks the Dragon suplex. He slips out of the full nelson and hits a drop toe hold, trying again for the Crimson Cloverleaf. He applies it, but Nykk reaches the ropes.)
(Austin pulls Nykk up and sets up for a vertical suplex. Nykk fights free in the air and lands behind Austin, hitting a Dragon suplex. Austin kicks out at two, but Nykk holds on to the full nelson. Austin fights up to his feet and lifts Nykk up, grabbing his legs and falling back, stunning Nykk and breaking the hold. He lays on Nykk for two.)
(Nykk rolls outside the ring and tries to catch his breath. Austin hits the ropes and goes for a baseball slide, but Nykk sidesteps it and pulls him out to the floor, whipping him into the guardrail. Nykk slides inside and waits. The ref starts the count, Austin slides in at 6. Nykk heads him off with a boot to the head to keep him on the mat, and drags him to the center of the ring to apply the Bellbrookville Cedarleaf. Austin tries to fight out of it, and eventually gets to the ropes. Nykk stomps on Austin. Austin climbs to his feet, holding onto Nykk. Nykk backs him into the ropes with a right hand and hits a half nelson bulldog. He covers for two.)
(Austin fights back to his feet, Nykk tries to whip Austin to the corner, but Austin holds on to a handful of hair and pulls Nykk into the Degenerate Driver. He nearly collapses with Nykk, but crawls over to cover Nykk and hook the tights for the three count.)
Winner: Austin Lee by pin.
Tara: Austin Lee has just defeated a former FPPVW Champion.
Dick: But he hooked the tights? That wouldn't have happened if we had a competent ref like David Caldwell in there.
Tara: I'm just surprised Nykk didn't do it first.
(Austin rolls out of the ring and gets a mic.)
Austin: Alan Mayse! I know you're watching this. If you think I'm going to just let my dreams of gold go to waste because you got one pinfall victory, you're sadly mistaken. I've fought and clawed my way up the ladder here in FPPVW to face you. If I have to climb another, I will.
Dick: Uh oh, I think I get what he's going for.
Austin: We need a main event here for Sunstroke in a couple weeks, right. So why don't we make it, Austin Lee vs. Alan Mayse in FPPVW's first ever ladder match! If you accept, I hope you don't mind letting go of that belt long enough to hang it. You might want to take your time there though, because it's the last you'll see of it.
Tara: A ladder match for the FPPVW Championship. Will Alan accept the challenge? We'll find out, but for now we're out of time. Thank you for joining us for the first Foundation on Fox Sports, those in the Dayton area don't forget to tune in for "In the FPPVW Arena" Friday night. For Dick Broccoli and all of us at FPPVW, good night everyone.
