Foundation. November 9, 2004

Virginia Beach, VA

("Prayer" opening.)

Tara: Welcome once again to Foundation, and an evening of Renegade Championship Wrestling. This is Tara Fisher.

Joel: And once again, this is the ma...

("Another One Bites the Dust" hits and Aaron Bowman and Dru Stoke make thier way to the ring.)

Tara: That's Joel Gertner, who's intro just got interrupted.

Joel: My contract clearly states no music starts until after my intro is complete. They destroyed the moment now...

Tara: What's up anyway? They're not on my format.

(Dru gets a mic.)

Joel: Woah, one of them's gonna speak?

Dru: Yo, Jay? Dusty? Ya didn't think we were done or anything did you? Now don't get me wrong, everyone who saw Homecoming Hell saw you kicking our asses, but you have to admit one thing. It was harder than you thought. You expected to roll right over us, and you didn't. Win or no win, I bet that just eats you up inside.

Tara: It was a hard fought match. It might have been the hardest title defense the Pyro Twins have been a part of since winning the RCW Tag Team Titles.

Dru: Want to do something about it? Well we're wanting to get a little ground after that loss. Thats why we just got out of a chat with Jon Z. Tonight, we're going to have you in two singles matches. Jay, I'll take you out later tonight. Right now it's Aaron's turn. So Dusty Schneble, get your ass out here!

(Aaron is composing himself in the corner, shadowboxing the turnbuckle.)

Tara: This could be good. You saw the look on the Pyro Twins faces after thier Homecoming Hell matches. I think they were happy to leave these two behind.

Joel: Maybe it was just gas. I don't think it's in the Pyro Twins to ignore a challenge or shy away. If something was hard to beat once, then they're going to work that much harder to kill it.

("Fuel" hits and the Pyro Twins make thier way to the ring.)

Tara: You may have a point. The only look on thier faces is determination.

Joel: It seems chaos is taking over today, this isn't the first match to be booked just today. Just before we went on the air we saw this confrontation backstage.

(Backstage Swinging Justice walks in the building. Aki is in full costume looking around every corner seemingly ready for anything. Swinger is pulling his wheeled suitcase in wearing street clothes. Brother Jim practically jumps onscreen followed by an embarrassed looking Christopher Daniels.)

BJ: Stop, sinners! Your reckoning is upon you!

Aki: Halt, citizen. Do not interfiere with our daily superhero patrol!

BJ: You are interfiering with the plan the Lord has for all of us. This life is about bringing others to the light, not hiding in the shadows wearing masks. There is a reason those masks are also traditionally worn by robbers!

Aki: You must understand, that none can no the true identity of AKI MAAAAAN!!!

Swinger: Can you please can it, Andrew?

(Aki Mann practically squeaks in surprise and covers Swinger's mouth.)

Daniels: Look, I need to check to see if I'm booked tonight, so I'm going to...

BJ: Stay your leave, good brother. I have already convinced Jon Z to book our triumphant debut against this pair of wreched vigilanties!

Daniels: What?

BJ: We must prepare for our holy encounter. Away!

(Brother Jim runs away and Christopher Daniels looks over at Swinging Justice.)

Aki: AKI MAAAAAAN! To the Aki-Fortress!

(Aki runs the other way. Daniels and Swinger look at each other.)

Daniels: I didn't ask to team with him. He just assumed.

Swinger: Been there.

(Back in the arena Aaron Bowman and Dusty Schneble step to the center of the ring and stare eachother down as the bell rings.)

Aaron Bowman vs. Dusty Schneble

(Dusty smacks Aaron. Aaron snaps his head back to stare more intensely at Dusty. Dusty smacks him again and Aaron steps back. A second later Aaron charges forward with a STO. He gets in the mount position and starts hammering Dusty with right hands. Dusty gets his hands up to block and Aaron rolls to the side to apply a bodyscissors. Dusty tries to pry himself loose while Aaron pelts his head with occasional rights. Dusty reaches the ropes and pulls himself out when Aaron releases the hold.)

(After collecting himself and conferring with Jay, Dusty slides back in and he and Aaron lock up. Dusty gets an armwringer on Aaron and hits him with a knife edge chop. Aaron pulls away, but Dusty quickly whips him into the ropes. Aaron ducks under a clothesline but gets turned around and pulled into a teardrop suplex. Dusty covers for two.)

(Dru slides into the ring, but slides quickly out when Aaron kicks out. Jay runs around the ring and starts to yell at him, the two getting into a shoving match. The ref spots them and tries to break them up as Dusty steps behind Aaron and hits a low blow. Dusty turns him around and hits the Rope Burn. He covers, but the ref is trying to get inbetween Jay and Dru.)

(Dusty stands up and goes outside the ring, yelling at the ref to pay attention. The ref turns to face Dusty and Dru slips past him, whipping Jay knees first into the ring steps. Jay seems unable to stand when he tries. The ref gets back in the ring and orders that Jay and Dru must leave the ringside area. An official comes out to offer Jay help to the back, but Jay blows him off and walks painfully back up the aisle, followed eventually by Dru.)

(Dusty slides back in the ring as this is going on and shoves Aaron into the corner, hitting him with right hands and knife edge chops. Aaron tries to break out of the corner with a knife edge chop of his own, but Dusty takes him down with a drop toe hold. Dusty goes up top and tries for a kneedrop, but Aaron pulls himself out of the way using the ropes. Dusty rolls through the move and holds his knee. Aaron rushes over and grabs for Dusty's leg, but Dusty pulls Aaron into an inside cradle for the three count.)

Winner: Dusty Schneble by pin.

Tara: Dusty suckered Aaron in, showing the rookie a little of that in ring experience.

(Dusty slips out of the ring and backs up the aisle, yelling back at Aaron who stands up quickly and stares fuming at Dusty.)

Joel: Aaron Bowman looks frustrated.

Tara: Then again, so does Dusty. This was a victory for him, but this man is much more accustomed to leaving his opponents laying after a brutal beating, not sneaking in a win and retreating.

Joel: Jay Crowe takes on Dru Stoke later on tonight, will the Pyro Twins again pull out a victory.

Tara: Also on tap for tonight, the new unlikely team of Brother Jim and Christopher Daniels takes on Swinging Justice.

Joel: Cheesecake takes on Johnny Kashmere.

Tara: The RCW Title will once again be on the line against Kevin Stone. Alan Mayse has proven time and time again that he's a fighting champion, but how long can he go on at this pace?

Joel: Also tonight, as a result of his actions last week, Rico Cassanova has incurred the wrath of Colt Cabana. The two former tag team partners will face off tonight. Stay with us.

(Commercial break.)

(The Nykk Show furniture is in the ring. Nykk stands in the middle of the ring, Joey Sprinklers is sitting off to the side.)

Nykk: Ladies and Gentlemen, as I'm sure you yourselves have heard by now, there are some problems involved with the picking of number one contenders here in Renegade Championship Wrestling. Jon Z himself last week admited that there is no real criteria for choosing who challenges for the RCW Title, he simply books whatever the hell he feels like.

Tara: That's not exactly what he said.

Joel: Well it wasn't an exact quote.

Nykk: This has many disadvantages. This little mistake in booking logic might keep me from ever getting a title match again!

(He waits as the crowd cheers.)

Nykk: Well tonight, we have another man with a gripe in attendance. A man who pushed Alan Mayse to the limit in a series of great matches, and was quickly forgotton by the upper management. In fact he's not even been on television since he had a brutal cage match at Bloodbath. Ladies and Gentlemen, Chad Collyer!

("Son of a Bitch" hit and Chad Collyer makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: Woah, is Nykk trying to blame Jon Z for Chad Collyer not appearing since Bloodbath?

Joel: You have to admit, he has been absent.

Tara: Of course he has been. He's not under an exclusive contract, he's just returned from a tour of Japan and several scheduled dates with Ring of Honor.

Nykk: Thanks for coming on the show. Tell us what's on your mind.

Chad: I came into this company and said three simple words. "You need Collyer." Was I wrong? Buyrates for RCW pay per view rose steadily when I was in the main event for two months. Attendance climbed. People were clammoring for the RCW Title to go around my waist!

Tara: Well two of those statements are true.

Joel: What? Didn't the buyrates go up?

Chad: Now, despite my requests, I've been denied a future championship match. Jon Z says I've "had my chance" and that it's time for someone different to step up for a shot. Had my chance? I pushed the champion into a panic! He needed a set of brass knuckles to defeat me.

Tara: Brass knuckles that Chad brought in for use in a no holds barred cage match.

Chad: Things need to change around here, and if I need to back someone else to get them done, I will. I'm putting my support behind Nykk, to challenge for and win the RCW Championship!

Joel: Now that's quite an endorsement!

Tara: But why is it being given?

Nykk: Thanks for your time. Now this brings us to the end of the Nykk show...and I know you're all expecting someone to get hit or something. Anyone in the crowd who can't get thier minds around an interview show not ending with someone getting knocked out, simply hold out your hand, make a fist, and keep it in the same place as you run forward.

Joel: That'd make a great experiment for the kids at home.

Tara: Whatever. We've got to go to pay some bills. Stay with us.

(Commercial break.)

(Backstage, Colt Cabana is warming up.)

Colt: Oh hey, no don't leave. I've got something to say, so you take that tape right to Rico Cassanova once we're done. Rico...congratulations. You've finally made an impact. It's good to see you can listen to good advice and that you recognize intellegence when it's presented to you. Of course, now I have to kill you. Nothing personal really, just has to be done. Your next impact is going to be your back against my shoulder.

(The Aki Mann theme plays as Aki Mann and Swinger warm up in the ring.)

Tara: We're set for tag team action here on Foundation. Yet another match set up earlier tonight, the unlikely team of Brother Jim and Christopher Daniels take on the more established unlikely team of Swinging Justice.

("Running with the Devil" hits and Brother Jim makes his way to the ring. After he gets halfway to the ring, "Head Like a Hole" hits and Christopher Daniels makes his way out.)

Swinging Justice vs. Brother Jim and Christopher Daniels

(Brother Jim stays in most of the match. He keeps control until Swinger tags in and takes him down with a spinebuster and a kneedrop. BJ stands and gets whipped into the corner. Swinger hits him with a splash and snapmares him. Swinger kneels down and locks on the Cobra Clutch. He pulls BJ up to his feet to set up for the Swing Thing, but BJ kicks back, trapping Swinger into the corner. Christopher Daniels tags in.)

(Chris pulls BJ and Swinger out of the corner and separates them, armdragging Swinger and shoving BJ roughly through the ropes. Swinger stands and charges but Chris takes him down easily with a hangman's neckbreaker. He goes up quickly for the Best Moonsault Ever and covers for a two count as Aki slips in the ring and breaks the pin. Chris stands and shoves Aki into the corner. He charges in but Aki slips out of the ring and Chris hits the corner and stumbles back. Swinger tries to hit a German suplex. Chris blocks and goes for a standing switch. He shoves Swinger into the corner and Aki tags in. Aki runs in and gets caught with a boot to the midsection. Chris immediately pulls Aki in to hit the Angel's Wings and covers for three.)

Winners: Christopher Daniels and Brother Jim by pin.

Tara: Wow, the fallen angel made very quick work of Aki Mann. He wasn't in the ring five seconds before he was being pinned.

Joel: I wonder if Swinger could have lasted against him, did Aki make a badly timed tag, or was the match lost already?

Tara: Whether he likes it or not, Christopher Daniels just put a mark in the win column for this new team.

Joel: Better that putting one in the loss column.

Tara: We've got more action coming up, Jay Crowe takes on Dru Stoke, next.

(Commercial break.)

("Another One Bites the Dust" hits and Dru Stoke makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: Welcome back to Foundation, Dru Stoke is on his way out here for a match in the ongoing hostilities between his rookie tag team and the Pyro Twins. It started several weeks ago when it was Dru Stoke that eliminated Jay Crowe from the RCW Television Title Battle Royale.

Joel: The way Jay sees it, this man kept the Heel Stable from collecting more gold. That's an unforgivable sin.

("Fuel" hits and Jay Crowe makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: You'll notice Dusty Scheneble and Aaron Bowman are not out here, Jon Z has ordered that no one come to ringside during this match after the chaos that was our first match of the night.

Joel: Speaking of not showing up, the scheduled Ladies Free For All that Jon Z set for November Pain has lost one competitor. After the brutal attack of Shadow two weeks ago, Mary Alice Latino will be unable to compete come November 27.

Tara: Though we haven't been given many details, we understand that Mary Alice will be good to return to the ring soon after the Pay Per View, and we'll keep you posted on her condition. Check back at PPVRenegade.com for more information as we recieve it.

Dru Stoke vs. Jay Crowe

(Dru and Jay face off and Jay fakes a lock up to hit a kick to the midsection. Jay pulls Dru into a belly to belly suplex. He goes to the mount position and hammers Dru with right hand. Quickly, Jay goes for a cross armbreaker, but Dru pulls himself to the ropes. Jay releases the hold and stands quickly. Dru kicks at his knee and he collapses to the mat.)

Tara: Wow, Jay went down very fast there.

Joel: I think he's still hurting from his trip into the ring steps earlier tonight.

(Dru stands fast and grabs Jay's leg, turning Jay into a half Boston Crab. He lets go and runs the ropes, hitting a knee drop to the back. Dru works over Jay's leg and tries to apply an STF. Jay stuns Dru with an elbow to the midsection and struggles away. He stands up unsteadily. Dru stands and goes to lock up. Jay whips Dru into the ropes and hits a spinning heel kick. After the kick, Jay stays on the mat, crawling to the ropes and clutching his leg. Dru gets up and pulls Jay to his feet. He tries to lift him up for a vertical suplex, but Jay blocks. Jay reverses to pick Dru up for the Overhaul, but his knee gives out and he drops to the mat. Dru gets free and runs the ropes, hitting a bulldog. He covers for three.)

Winner: Dru Stoke by pin.

Tara: That has to be considered an upset.

Joel: Dru took advantage of a perfect situation. Jay shouldn't have come out here with an injured leg.

Tara: The Pyro Twins will not be happy about this, this is not over yet.

Joel: A lot of bad blood is being featured tonight, coming up next we've got former partners colliding.

(Footage is shown of last weeks RCW Title Match)

Tara: Rico Cassanova finally made the impact that Colt Cabana mentioned, unfortunately it happened during Colt's attempt to capture the RCW Championship.)

("Rico Suave" hits and Rico Cassanova makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: Rico has had some trouble getting back into the swing of things here in RCW.

Joel: A victory here could bring things back around for him.

("Copa Cabana" hits and Colt Cabana makes his way to the ring.)

Rico Cassanova vs. Colt Cababa

(Colt keeps Rico grounded and puts him through a series of holds. Rico tries to battle back with some stinging right hands and a whip to the ropes, but Colt reverses the whip and pulls Rico into a fireman's carry neckbreaker. Colt poses and calls for the Colt .45 early. He lifts Rico up, but Rico breaks away and runs the ropes, missing with a spinning heel kick. Colt ducks and rolls to avoid the kick and charges with a clothesline. Rico stands and ducks under the clothesline and pulls Colt into a reverse DDT.)

(Rico pulls Colt into a bow and arrow lock. Colt struggles and breaks Rico's grip, flipping over to land on Rico in a lateral press. He gets a two count and Rico slips away. They both get to thier feet quickly, Rico ducking down to sweet Colts legs with a chop block. Rico hits a quick leg drop and rolls backward to his feet, measureing Colt for the Cassanovator. He pulls Colt into position, but Colt sneaks in a low blow and backs up fast. Colt argues with the ref as he's questioned. Rico charges at Colt and splashes him in the corner. He tries to pull Colt toward the center of the ring, but Colt grabs hold of the top turnbuckle and holds on. Eventually Rico gets a waistlock and pulls Colt into a German Suplex. Colt goes over, pulling the top turnbuckle pad off with him. Rico bridges for a two count. Colt rolls to his feet and locks up with Rico. Rico pulls Colt into a Cassanova Plex and backs up to the ropes. Rico reaches for Colt, but gets taken down with a spinebuster and turned to be slingshotted into the corner. Rico hits his head on the exposed turnbuckle and rolled up for a three count.)

Winner: Colt Cabana by pin.

(Colt slips out of the ring with a grin and dances back up the aisle as his music hits.)

Tara: Well he certainly seems proud of himself.

(Rico turns over on the mat and picks up the turnbuckle cover. Frustrated, he throws it outside the ring before sliding out to the floor.)

Joel: Well, tough break for Rico Cassanova. He had quite an opportunity here tonight, but it just got swiped away by the man who put it there.

Tara: We've got plenty to go before we call it a night. Stay with us.

(Commercial break.)

("One Step Closer" hits and Johnny Kashmere makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: We're in the home stretch here on Foundation with two matches left. We're about to have two tag team specialists square off in singles action.

("Pajamarama" hits and Cheesecake makes his way to the ring.)

Joel: I don't know how much I can take from this man here tonight. His weirdness is enough when he's in part of the match before tagging in Huh, seeing it nonstop in the match though...

Johnny Kashmere vs. Cheesecake

(Johnny locks up with Cheesecake and tries to take control early with a side headlock and a running bulldog. He quickly pulls Cheesecake into a rear chinlock and lifts him slowly to his feet. He shoves Cheesecake into the corner and goes for a shoulderblock to the back. Cheesecake turns and gets a foot up, kicking Johnny in the head and diving over him for a sunset flip and a two count.)

Tara: Whoa. Johnny was trying to keep his own pace to combat Cheesecake's unconventional actions, but for a moment at least Cheesecake was all business.

(Cheesecake stands and hits Johnny with a back suplex. He starts stomping Johnny fiercely before going out to the ring apron. Johnny stands up to get caught with a springboard shoulder block. Both kip up to thier feet and lock up, Cheesecake going for a waistlock. Instead of keeping hold of it, Cheesecake immediately lifts Johnny up for the "Screw Driver" reverse powerbomb. He covers for two.)

Joel: Johnny is scrambing here, he was expecting Cheesecake to turn this match into playtime like usual, but Cheesecake seems out for blood. What's going on?

(Johnny stands and rushes Cheesecake, hitting a clothesline and trying to lock on the Comic Atomic. Cheesecake puts his foot on the ropes before it's locked on. Johnny lets go of the hold and Cheesecake hits a hard elbow to the midsection as he stands up. Cheesecake whips Johnny to the corner and hits a hard shoulderblock to the gut. He pulls Johnny away from the corner to hit a gutwrench suplex.)

Tara: What in the hell has gotten into Cheesecake! I've never seen him like this!

(Cheesecake pulls Johnny to his feet and scoops him up for an over the knee backbreaker. He holds Johnny over his knee and uses his free leg to trap Johnny's legs. He shoves Johnny's chin back until his head is nearly touching the mat and starts alternately punching and elbowing Johnny's midsection until Johnny taps out.)

Winner: Cheesecake by submission.

Joel: I'm in shock. I was all set to blast Cheesecake's usual kind of fruity meathods, but something has definately changed. I think I could like this guy.

(Cheesecake slips out of the ring, his eyes down, practically shaking with anger.)

Tara: I wonder what Johnny did to piss him off.

(Backstage, Ronin Fox walks out of Jon Z's office. Austin Lee walks by.)

Fox: What a coincidence. Just the guy I wanted to see. Looks like I'll see you next week.

Austin: Eh?

Fox: Jon just booked you for a shot at my title next week. I've got to say, I'm looking forward to it. You know the first year of this company I heard a lot about how only Jon Z's students got anywhere. Me, Nykk, the Pyro Twins, Alan, we got all the breaks. Hey say that if you like, but we worked our asses off to do it. Then you came along and won the four corner Gauntlet. You went on to wrestle for the title against Alan at the first anniversary show, WrestlingRevolution. That I respect, because you had to work your ass off to win that Gauntlet match. Then you go and ruin the ride by just becoming the pretender to Nykk's throne. You were the guy that people were pointing to. They were saying, there's the guy that proves there's no preferential treatment. He came out of nowhere, was given a shot, and main evented an enourmous show because he was just that good and he worked that hard...then you had to get lazy. You had to look for a road someone else trampled down for you. You had to surround yourself with people to do your work for you. Well, now they're gone. I'm looking forward to seeing how you work on your own.

(Fox smiles and walks away.)

Austin: Me too, mate. Me too.

(Commercial break.)

("Smoke on the Water" hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)

Tara: This is it, our main event for the evening. Kevin Stone is out here to challenge for the RCW Championship.

Joel: How is Alan Mayse going to stay focussed tonight. He's seemed shaken by his recent title defences against Colt Cabana. I think one more match like the one he had last week and he's going to be a former RCW Champion.

Tara: Well you might see that in a couple weeks, as Colt Cabana again challenges for that belt at November Pain from Boston Mass, November 27.

("Seven Nation Army" hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring.)

Joel: These two have a lot of respect for each other, if for no other reason, simply because they both have had troubles and hatred for the Heel Stable.

Tara: For different reasons though, as Kevin actually was in the stable for a good portion of the company's first year.

Alan Mayse vs. Kevin Stone
RCW Championship Match

(Alan and Kevin shake hands and lock up. Kevin goes for an armwringer, but Alan quicly grabs the top rope, uses it to flip back and reverse into a hammerlock. he trips Kevin down onto his stomach and turns around, applying a front face lock. Kevin forces his way up and pushes Alan into the corner. Alan breaks the hold cleanly and they both circle each other, moving toward the center of the ring.)

Tara: Both men staying respectful in the early goings of the match. They're feeling each other out here.

Joel: Even this might throw off Alan's game, as he's gotten used to fighting off dirty tricks.

Tara: Then again, this might be the breath of fresh air he needs.

(The two lock up again, Alan whips Kevin to the ropes and scoops him up for a backbreaker. He lets Kevin go and runs the ropes. Kevin rolls out of the way of a dropkick and gets to his feet. Alan stands and charges, only to get caught in an inverted atomic drop and lifted up in a military press into a powerslam. Kevin covers for a two count.)

Tara: The first near fall of the match, and it's Kevin Stone in control of the match.

(Alan slips out of the ring and kicks the ringsteps in frustration. He steps back onto the apron and locks eyes on Kevin.)

Joel: Alan's getting angry here, though for a change it's not from attempted cheating, just at almost losing his title. I don't think I've seen that look out of our champion before.

(Alan gets into the ring and circles Kevin. They go to lock up, but Alan kicks Kevin in the midsection and takes him down with a sidewalk slam. Alan stands up and puts the boots to Kevin before locking on the Maysochist. Kevin refuses to tap out. Alan lets go of the hold and pulls Kevin to his feet. He sets up for the Tiger Bomb, but Kevin reverses. He trips Alan onto his back and slingshots him head first into the corner. He lifts Alan into the air for the Stone Cutter, but Alan pushes off Kevin's back and lands behind him. Kevin turns and gets caught with an exploder suplex. Alan locks on the Maysochist again and Kevin taps out.)

Winner: Alan Mayse by submission.

Tara: Alan just stretched Kevin to the breaking point. It seems his recent matches have awakened a bit of a mean streak.

Joel: Well, I think that's exactly what he needs. He's not going to hold on to his gold by being mr. nice guy.

(Alan stands up and Kevin slowly uses the ropes to climb to his feet. After a few moments of locking eyes, Alan extends his hand. Kevin shakes it.)

Tara: Well at least Kevin sees this for what it is. Alan just defended the RCW Championship, keeping his long title reign intact.

Joel: Yeah, sportsmanship and all that. It's enough to make you sick.

Tara: That's all the time we have for Foundation. We'll be back next week. Good night.
