(“Prayer” opening.)
Tara: Welcome everyone, we are three days removed from November Pain and getting ready to start down our road to the Darkest Night. This is Foundation, coming to you live on Fox Sports. This is Tara Fisher.
Joel: And well, well, well…
Tara: I’m afraid Fox Sports has just ordered that I introduce you. This is Joel Gertner.
Joel: Now that’s just not fair.
Tara: We’ve got a full night ahead, we’ll hear from the RCW Champion, Alan Mayse later on, The RCW Tag Team Champions are here and…
(“Son of a Bitch” hits and Chad Collyer makes his way to the ring.)
Tara: And for some reason, Chad Collyer is on his way out here.
Joel: You don’t know what this is about either? It’s not on my format.
Tara: I didn’t even know Chad Collyer was here. Last I heard he was still on leave of absence for his most recent tour of Japan.
(Chad climbs in the ring and grabs a mic.)
Chad: Well hello. Bet you weren’t expecting me, hell most new RCW fans probably don’t know who the hell I am. If it wasn’t for Nykk inviting me for a interview weeks ago, I’d be all but missing from this damn organization. Well that crap is going to stop right here. I’m staking my claim right here in RCW. I was in the f***ing main event two months in a row and I’m not about to disappear!
Joel: He does have a point. He was in two major title matches on Pay Per View, and has had almost no screen time since. What happened?
Tara: He went overseas, he made the contracts up himself. Just like Colt Cabana was gone for a good portion of the summer, Chad Collyer has been unavailable here in the United States. He’s just trying to use that as an excuse to get some attention here.
Chad: Whoever we got here tonight, lets make a statement. Who wants to step up and try and take down Collyer?
(After a pause, “Smoke on the Water” hits and Kevin Stone makes his way to the ring.)
Joel: Is this going to happen right here or not? This is completely different from the card I saw earlier today.
Tara: I see an official being sent to the ring now. It looks like this is going to be allowed.
Chad Collyer vs. Kevin Stone
(Chad takes control early with a release German suplex, locking on a side figure four leglock. Kevin drags himself to the ropes and grabs the bottom rope. Chad pulls Kevin up and tries to lift him for a northern lights suplex. Kevin blocks and backs into the ropes. Chad backs up and hits a hard shoulder block to the midsection. Chris Stylez and Johnny Kashmere slip down to ringside as Chad pulls Kevin up for a spinning Death Valley driver. Kevin slips down and lands on his feet. He tries to whip Chris to the ropes, but Chad reverses. Johnny jumps up on the apron on the opposite side of the ring to draw the ref’s attention while Chris Stylez grabs Kevin by the hair and applying a full nelson. Chad charges them, but Kevin drops down out of the hold and Chad and Chris collide. Chris gets knocked into the barricade as Kevin hits the Stone Cutter on Chad, covering for a three count.)
Winner: Kevin Stone by pin.
(Immediately Johnny Kashmere slides in the ring and charges Kevin. Kevin ducks a clothesline and turns, scooping Johnny up for a military press. He drops Johnny onto his shoulder for a powerslam, but Johnny rakes his eyes and lands behind him. Johnny spins Kevin around and hits the Cradle Breaker as Chris Styles gets to his feet and slides into the ring. Johnny and Chris start stomping Kevin as Chad fights up to his feet.)
(“Soul Creation” hits and Cynric runs to the ring. He hits a spinning heel kick on Chad to keep him down. Chris turns away from the beating on Kevin to get caught with a rolling koppo kick. He pulls Johnny away and tries to set up for a Shock Cannon, but Chad gets up and attacks from behind with a double ax handle. Chris whips Cynric to the corner and goes to the top rope. He tries for the Stylish Neckbreaker, but Cynric breaks away and hits a back elbow to the midsection, crotching Chris on the top rope. Kevin fights to his feet and grabs Johnny, hitting the Stone Cutter. Chad Collyer tries to attack Kevin, but Kevin turns and hits him with an inverted atomic drop. Cynric runs the ropes and hits a Lift Off on Chad. Kevin and Cynric both turn to the corner and climb up after Chris. They hit a double superplex and get up, stomping all three of their adversaries until they roll out of the ring. “Smoke on the Water” hits again.)
Tara: Well, I still don’t know exactly what happened, but Cynric stopping in at just the right moment. He and Kevin Stone have cleared the ring here.
Joel: What were Chad Collyer, Kashmere and Stylez trying to accomplish?
Tara: I don’t know, but it wasn’t accomplished tonight. We’ve got a load of action we have yet to begin, lets hope we can show you what we’re talking about after this. We’ll be right back.
(Commercial break)
(“Running With the Devil” hits and Brother Jim walks to the ring with a bible and a microphone.)
BJ: Cut that blasphemous music! I must say I am appalled to no end once again!
Tara: This is surprising…well not what he’s saying, but that he’s even out here. Once again, this is not a scheduled interview.
BJ: Already tonight, we’ve seen enough senseless violence to warp the minds of our youth. What has happened already tonight is a prime example of what is wrong with this business. This is supposed to be a sport, my good people. A sport has rules and regulations. You don’t just go out and start a fight, that’s not sportsmanship. What a true sportsman does is what my fine partner Christopher Daniels does. He went out to the ring for November Pain and he battled fairly and righteously against the vile Swinger! He faced his opponent in a fair fight and he took him down with the power of the Heavens.
Tara: Has this guy actually talked to Christopher Daniels? You’d think he’d put together the whole “Fallen Angel” nickname.
BJ: O-pen your Bibles! “Who is this that comes from Edom, from Bozrah in garments stained crimson?” Isaiah 63 Verses 1 and 2…Christopher Daniels comes in crimson to save all of you by purging the wickedness from RCW. One more step is taken toward destroying the Renegades and promoting the Righteous!
(“Simon Says” hits and Swinger makes his way to the ring with his own mic.)
Swinger: Brother Jim…Swinger’s got a problem. You see, Swinger admits one thing. Swinger admits he was beaten this past Saturday at November Pain…strangely enough though, Swinger doesn’t feel purged! If you feel I need to be driven out and into the depths of hell, then why don’t you do the job yourself, right here, right now!
(He slides into the ring and stares Brother Jim down. BJ backs up a couple steps.)
BJ: Now now, let us not be hasty. Didn’t you hear what I said before? I look on this as a sport, and to just rush into combat so freely is nothing short of folly.
Swinger: You didn’t have those high morals when you attacked Aki Mann last week!
BJ: I merely defended myself from a heathen with a violent temper. Any man has the right to defend himself. Remember, “An eye for an eye…”
Swinger: Exactly!
(Swinger tries to throw a clothesline, but BJ ducks under it and hits Swinger in the back of the head with his bible. BJ drags Swinger to the corner and starts stomping on him.)
Tara: We’ve lost control once again!
Joel: All this seems strangely familiar.
Tara: We have to take another break. Stay with us.
(Commercial break.)
(The fight between Swinger and Brother Jim continues in the ring as a ref tries to separate them in the midst of a brawl.)
Tara: Welcome back to Foundation, things are not calming down here tonight, Brother Jim and Swinger are the latest in a list of people keeping us from presenting out regularly scheduled matches here tonight.
Joel: I don’t know why Brother Jim felt the need to open his giant psalm-spewing mouth, but I fully understand Swinger’s reaction after what happened to Aki Mann one week ago, and the loss Swinger suffered just a few days back at November Pain.
(The ref finally separates the two long enough to signal for the bell and make an official match.)
Brother Jim vs. Swinger
(BJ and Swinger immediately go back to trading punches. Swinger ducks one right hand and spins BJ around to hit a German suplex, bridging for a one count. BJ kicks out and rolls to his feet, locking up with Swinger and applying a hammerlock. Swinger reaches back and snapmares BJ over and hits a dropkick to the back of his head. Swinger climbs to the top rope, but BJ stands up too fast and hits the ropes, crotching Swinger on to top turnbuckle. BJ climbs up to try for a superplex, but Swinger starts hammering BJ with short right hands to the midsection and lifts BJ into a vertical suplex position while sitting on the top turnbuckle. He stands and jumps off, hitting a super brainbuster. He covers, but BJ drapes a foot on the ropes at two.)
Tara: Wow, I have to hand it to Brother Jim for surviving that, though I doubt he could have kicked out had it come to that.
Joel: I don’t know if he escaped on purpose of if his leg just twitched in a lucky way.
(Swinger stands up and pulls BJ up to his feet. He whips BJ into the corner and charges with a high dropkick and signals for the Swing Thing. He pulls BJ out and locks on the Cobra Clutch. BJ struggles and drops down, jawjacking Swinger and jumping up to his feet to grab onto the top rope for support. Swinger regains his footing and charges, but BJ lowbridges him out of the ring. Swinger tumbles to the floor and stands up only to be caught by a plancha. The ref begins the count as Swinger and BJ crawl to the ring and pull themselves inside. Swinger is the first to his feet, but BJ trips him with a single leg takedown and applies a fujiwara arm bar. Swinger tries to fight up to a sitting position. BJ transitions to a hammerlock as Swinger gets up to his feet. Swinger reaches back to try another snapmare, but BJ shoves him roughly into the corner and hits a series of kicks to his back. BJ pulls Swinger into a back suplex and climbs out to the ring apron. He goes for the Leap of Faith somersault guillotine legdrop, but Swinger rolls out of the way. BJ stands quickly, doubled over with the pain in his hips, walking right into the Swinger Stinger for the three count.)
Winner: Swinger by pin.
Tara: Swinger finally gets a measure of revenge from last week. Brother Jim simply fell short tonight and Swinger took the contest.
Joel: It does my heart good to see that bible beating bastard out cold.
(Suddenly, Aki Mann’s theme hits and Aki Mann makes his way to the ring. There are bandages visible around the edges of his mask.)
Tara: He’s here! I wasn’t sure if he was able to make it today after what he went through last week.
Joel: I know he hasn’t been cleared to wrestle yet, but at least he’s walking.
(Aki slingshots himself into the ring and poses heroically before stepping to Swinger to shake his hand and personally raise his arm in victory.)
Tara: Swinging Justice reigns right here on Foundation! It seems things are getting back to whatever we consider normal around here.
Joel: We’ve got to pay some bills now. Stick with us for more RCW insanity.
(Commercial break.)
(In the ring. Aki Mann is being beaten in the corner by Jay Crowe.)
Tara: We’re back, and we’re in the midst of an unprovoked attack out here. Let’s show you what went on during the commercial break.
(Footage is shown of Aki Mann and Swinger celebrating in the ring. The Pyro Twins run in suddenly and hit Final Darkness on Swinger. Aki tries to attack Dusty from behind, but Jay pulls him away and hits a belly to belly suplex. Dusty drags Swinger out of the ring and whips him between the guardrail and the ring apron as Jay backs Aki into the corner.)
(Back to live action, Jay pulls Aki out of the corner to hit the Overhaul. Austin Lee runs down the aisle and grabs Dusty, hitting the Degenerate Driver on the outside. Referees run out to try and restore order, starting with helping Swinger to the back and separating Jay from Aki. Austin climbs up on the ring apron and locks eyes with Jay. They stare each other down as one ref remains behind, the others getting Dusty and Aki away from ringside.)
Tara: I smell another impromptu match.
Joel: Wow, chaos breeding chaos breeding chaos tonight…I actually missed this kind of thing from the ECW days.
Jay Crowe vs. Austin Lee
(Jay charges in with a right hand but Austin shrugs it off and turns sideways to hit a reverse elbow. He backs up to hook Jay into a side Russian legsweep. He keeps Jay on the mat with a hammerlock followed by a side headlock. Jay slips out of the hold and lifts Austin up with a waistlock. He attempts a German suplex, but Austin blocks and attempts a victory roll. Jay counters by dropping down on top of Austin and getting a two count.)
Tara: Wait, did Jay just use a wrestling counter?
Joel: Oh crap. He’s been dangerous enough in the ring, now he’s learning how to wrestle?
(Austin rolls under the bottom rope and stands up on the apron. Jay reaches to lock up but Austin kicks his midsection through the ropes and slingshots over for a sunset flip, he rolls up to his feet and holds onto Jay’s legs, trying to apply the Crimson Cloverleaf. Jay kicks him away and rolls backwards to his feet. They lock up, Jay hiptosses Austin and applies a rear chinlock. Austin forces his way up and backs into the ropes, launching Jay across the ring. Jay ducks a clothesline and continues running the ropes. Austin ducks under an attempted high cross body and Jay crashes on the mat before rolling to the outside. He stands up, leaning against the ring. Austin runs for a baseball slide, but Jay sidesteps it and drags Austin out to the floor. They trade punches, Jay getting the upper hand after a rake to the eyes. Jay takes Austin down with a single leg trip and slingshots him back into the ringpost. Jay gets up and slides into the ring. Austin climbs to his feet slowly, starting to bleed from the forehead. He crawls into the ring at the count of 7.)
(Austin stands up and Jay goes to lock up with him. Austin ducks to the side with a drop toe hold and drags Jay to the center of the ring. He lifts him up by one leg and rams his knee into the mat. He quickly applies a Funk style spinning toe hold. Jay breaks away, but Austin stops him with a quick elbow drop and covers for two. Jay stands and backs away. Austin follows aggressively, missing with a right hand.)
Tara: I think Austin is smelling his own blood at this point, and it’s driving him even faster than before.
(Austin misses a second right hand and Jay retaliates with a knife edge chop. Austin winces but stands up to it, daring Jay to take another swing. Jay starts laying into Austin with right hands and chops, but Austin just stands there taking it. Finally Jay backs up and tries for a spinning heel kick, but Austin backs up and catches Jay’s leg, pulling him into position and applying the Crimson Cloverleaf. Jay fights the hold for a long time, but eventually taps out.)
Winner: Austin Lee by submission.
Joel: Jay Crowe tapped out? Holy crap, Jay Crowe?
Tara: Austin Lee just laid down the law here with one half of our tag team champions.
(Dusty runs down the aisle again and slide in the ring. Austin turns to face him and they trade right hands, Dusty gaining the upper hand as Austin is wearing down. Austin suddenly kicks at Dusty’s midsection and pulls him into position for the Degenerate Driver, but Nykk runs in through the crowd and slips into the ring behind Austin. He hits a double ax handle on Austin to make him drop Dusty, and picks him up to hit Howling Moon II. Dusty starts stomping on Austin. Jay stands up and joins in as Nykk goes outside to get a microphone.)
Nykk: I’ve had just about enough of this night. All night I’ve been waiting for one thing. I’ve been waiting for our beloved champion. Where is your big appearance, Alan? When is your victory speech? Once again you’ve triumphed, so why not show your damn face?
Tara: Alan Mayse was scheduled for interview time here on Foundation, but nothing scheduled has happened yet.
Nykk: Well if my friends have finished clearing the ring, let us see what we can do here. I now declare this the Nykk Show, and my guest will be your RCW Champion, Alan Mayse.
(He slides back into the ring as Jay and Dusty are kicking Austin out under the bottom rope.)
Nykk: Anytime Alan, you were coming out here anyway.
(After a long pause, “Seven Nation Army” hits and Alan Mayse makes his way to the ring. He’s in street clothes and moving somewhat slowly, but he is keeping upright and proud looking as he holds up the RCW Championship Belt.)
Nykk: Bravo, Alan, bravo. Congratulations on keeping your title yet again. It’s just too bad you had to go to the bottom of the deck to get the card Jon Z wanted. How does it feel, Alan? How does it feel to be a figurehead? How does it feel to know that you will never be tested at a true champion until Jon decides to replace you with someone more marketable?
Joel: Nykk is still upset that his petition to formalize the number one contendership position was denied. It’s left him with no real way to earn a title match, after all.
(Alan gets a microphone of his own.)
Alan: You can say whatever you want, Nykk. Call me a figurehead, call me a paper champion, call me plain vanilla, remember that? I know what I call myself. I call myself RCW Champion, and that’s something you’ve never been.
Nykk: Of course, how could I miss it. RCW Champion, a title that’s never even been within my reach. Jon knows better to put it there. You know as well as I do, that once that belt is within reach, it will be mine.
(Alan takes off the belt and holds it up.)
Alan: It seems to be within reach now, doesn’t it?
Nykk: Alan, I have only one thing left to say to you. I have no respect for a champion that hides. I have more respect for all the guys who’ve come out and made open challenges tonight, and the people who’ve accepted them. Those people are fighters. They are true renegades! You are just poor pathetic man with a fancy piece of jewelry.
Alan: I never asked for your respect, and I don’t need it, but if you think I’m afraid to throw down you’ll learn differently right now. You’re tired of waiting for your shot, I say you got it right here tonight!
Tara: Oh no, are we doing this?
Joel: Where’s the ref, I want to see this.
Tara: We could have an RCW Championship match right here, but we’ve got to take our last commercial break. Stay with us.
(Commercial break.)
(In the ring, Jon Z is arguing with Alan Mayse. Alan pushes his championship belt into Jon’s hands and takes off his shirt. Jon continues to yell at him.)
Tara: We are back with RCW Foundation. Jon Z is trying to talk Alan Mayse out of this title match.
(Nykk stands in the opposite corner, relaxing and watching. Alan calls a referee from outside the ring, ordering him to ring the bell. Jon orders the ref not to. Alan and Jon lock eyes and Alan says a few quiet words. Jon, looking pissed off, leaves the ring. The ref slides in and signals for the bell.)
Alan Mayse vs. Nykk
RCW Championship Match
(Alan and Nykk inch close and lock up. Nykk backs Alan to the ropes. Alan pushes Nykk back and breaks away. Nykk tries to rush forward with a clothesline, but Alan ducks and rolls to the side. He rolls to his feet and hits a high dropkick that sends Nykk to the corner. Alan rushes forward and jumps to the second rope, falling backward with a monkey flip on Nykk. Nykk lands on his feet and runs the ropes. Alan stands and gets caught with a hard back elbow. Nykk reaches for Alan’s leg, but gets kicked in the head. Nykk stumbles away as Alan rolls backward to his feet and rushes forward for a bulldog.)
(Alan backs up to the corner and lifts himself up to the second turnbuckle. He launches himself for a legdrop, staying on top of Nykk for a two count. Nykk keeps hold of Alan’s leg as he kicks out and flips him over to apply an STF. Alan fights the hold and gets loose of the facelock, using back elbows to weaken Nykk and break away. Nykk stands up and stomps at Alan. Nykk tries to keep Alan down with a series of hard rights, but Alan fights up to his feet and runs the ropes. Nykk catches him with a spinebuster and Alan rolls to the outside, clutching his back.)
Tara: Hold on now, look at Alan.
Joel: It looks like he’s in trouble. He got hit with the Colt .45 at November Pain, one of a few times he’s felt that move. He somehow pulled through it with a victory, but perhaps the move did more damage that we thought.
(Alan crawls up to the apron and slides inside. Nykk immediately stomps on his back and pulls him up for the Trinity suplexes. He bridges with the Dragon suplex for a two count. Alan kicks out, still clutching at his back. Nykk picks him up and hits a backbreaker. Alan rolls to the ropes and holds on to the bottom rope. Nykk stomps Alan’s back until the ref pulls him away. Alan stands up while Nykk and the ref argue. Alan climbs out to the apron. Nykk turns toward Alan and gets caught with a slingshot dropkick. Alan struggles to stand and pulls Nykk up. He lifts him up for a powerslam, but seems to struggle to stay upright. Nykk drops down behind Alan and picks him up in a fireman’s carry. He hits a rolling samoan drop and climbs to the top rope. He turns and hits a splash, covering for a two count.)
(Nykk stands and Alan climbs to his feet using the ropes. Nykk stands behind Alan, waiting. Alan turns and gets pulled into a Northern Lights suplex. Nykk releases instead of going for the pin and gets a sick looking smile on his face. Nykk pulls Alan up and lifts him up for another Northern Lights suplex. Nykk holds him up.)
Tara: He isn’t…
Joel: Nykk looks like he’s about to go for the Aurora Driver.
Tara: If he does, the match is over, and it won’t go well for him. That move has been banned, it’ll mean an instant disqualification and a potential suspension.
(The ref seems to know what Nykk is thinking too, and warns him not to go on with the move, already raising his hand to signal for the bell if he goes for it. Alan struggles in Nykk’s grasp and falls back, pulling Nykk into a DDT. He covers for a two count. Joey Sprinklers runs down the aisle. He slides in the ring, but gets caught and pushed back by the ref. Alan pulls Nykk up and gets a double underhook to set up for the Tiger Bomb. Nykk blocks and drops out of Alan’s grip, standing up to lift Alan up as if for a Northern Lights suplex again, then dropping Alan onto his head with the Aurora Driver. He turns and falls on Alan for the cover as Joey slips out of the ring. The ref turns and makes the three count.)
Winner: Nykk by pin.
Tara: No!
Joel: Alan got pulled right into a trap here tonight.
(Joey gets in the ring, carrying the RCW Championship Belt. He hands it to Nykk, who snatches it away greedily. The Pyro Twins walk down the aisle, applauding. They are soon followed by Johnny Kashmere, Chris Stylez and Chad Collyer.)
Tara: Wait one second.
Joel: How did they pull this off? Chad Collyer started this whole night of insanity, was he in it from the start to help Nykk and the Heel Stable?
Tara: And why did Kashmere and Stylez get in on the act? I can’t put this together.
Joel: Details might escape us, but I know the broad strokes. Everything tonight went for one purpose, to put Alan off his guard and lure him into a match he wasn’t prepared for.
(Nykk, Joey, Jay, Dusty, Chad, Chris, and Johnny celebrate in the ring as Alan rolls to the outside. He has trouble standing on his own and the ref tries to help him. Half way up the aisle Alan collapses and the ref calls for more help.)
Tara: I can’t believe we’ve just witnessed the theft of the RCW Championship. Our highest title is now in the hands of the top heel in wrestling today.
Joel: How is Jon Z going to deal with this?
Tara: I don’t know, and we won’t find out today. Keep updated on PPVrenegade.com for updates, including the condition of Alan Mayse, and be sure to come back next week for RCW Foundation. For Joel Gertner, this is Tara Fisher. Good night. Can someone help Alan to the back, please? He needs to be checked out, watch his neck.
