Brother Jim Hometown: Dayton, Ohio 5'4" - 210 lbs |
Brother Jim first appeared on FPPVW Television when the camera caught him outside the FPPVW Arena on May 14, 2004 protesting the event. He would become an annoying and everpresent member of the audience over time, occasionally getting into arguments with the wrestlers as he preached his ultraconservative fanatical Christian rhetoric, and finally getting physical with Cynric at the June 8, 2004 episode of Foundation. After using a thrown bible to cost Cynric the match, he jumped over the guardrail but was beaten down and taken to a nearby hospital. After threatening legal action, Jon Z agreed to Brother Jim's proposal to give the freelance preacher time on FPPVW television to speak to the audience. This however lead to Brother Jim signing a contract with FPPVW, which permitted other wrestlers the oportunity to confront him within the context of wrestling. Surprisingly, he would hold his own in the ring, revealing his previous training in wreslting. He would feud with Cynric at first, gaining early victories but losing an important hair vs. hair match. Instead of being forced to cut his hair, however, he now has a condition in his contract that forbids him from cutting his hair as long as he in employed by FPPVW/RCW. Brother Jim would continue through 2004, joining in a short lived tag team with "Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels to face the team of Swinging Justice, Swinger and Aki Mann. All the while, as his hair continues to grow, he has honed his skills and given his mouth a great deal of exercise. Despite his growing talent in the ring, the wrestling world was still shocked when he faced Ronin Fox at the return of FPPVW on December 15, 2004 in a match for the RCW Television Championship. The match was instantly recognized as FPPVW/RCW's match of the year for 2004. Various reviewers giving it a ***** rating. Title History: |
