About the Society Coin Show Show Specials
The Carteret Numismatic Society will sponsor the first Annual Spring North Carolina Numismatic Association Coin Show and Convention 7-9 May, 2004, at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City. The show timings are 2:00 - 8:00pm on Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 4:00pm on Sunday. The purchase of a $1.00 raffle ticket will give entry for one to the show as well as a chance at one of several door prizes. For more details, see Show Specials.
The Carteret Numismatic Society is an organization devoted to the promotion of the hobby of collecting coins, paper money, medals and other items utilized as media of exchange. The Carteret
Numismatic Society has hosted five Annual Coin Shows from 1999 - 2003. With
this success, the Society is proud to sponsor the North Carolina Numismatic
Association First Annual Spring Coin Show and Convention. The bourse will include
coins, paper money, jewelry and supplies. Visitors can help themselves to free
numismatic materials like Coin World, The Numismatist, Numismatic News, World
Coin News, Coinage and pamphlets relating to numismatics. There will also be
several exhibits.
