Ketchup
1 gallon tomato juice
2 onions, shredded
2 Tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons mixed pickling spice (put in spice bag)
2 cups sugar
3 cups vinegar

Put tomatoes through blender and strain to make juice.  Cook all for 3 hours on low heat or until of right consistency.  Remove spice bag after 1 1/2 hours (approx.)
