Pumpkin Bread
3 cups sugar
1 3/4 cup canned or cooked pumpkin
1 cup oil
4 eggs
2/3 cup cold water
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
Beat sugar, pumpkin, oil, eggs and water until well mixed.  Combine remaining ingredients, gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well.  Pour into 2 greased 8x4x2 in. loaf pans.  Bake at 325F for 75-80 minutes or until tests done.  Cool in pans for 10 min. before removing.

Yield:  2 loaves.
