| Rhubarb Crisp | ||||||
| 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 cup flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 cup butter or margarine Mix flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter to make crumb mixture. Wash and cut rhubarb into 1" pieces. Mix 1/4 cup of crumb mixture with rhubarb and spread in a buttered 8-in x 12-in baking dish. Cover with remaining crumb mixture and pat down lightly. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350F. |
