Salsa
4 cups chopped, peeled tomatoes
2 green peppers, chopped
2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
8 - 10 hot peppers, chopped
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup pickling vinegar
1 - 5-1/2 oz can tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried chili peppers

Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.  Bottle and seal.  Process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 pints
