Poncho of PrairieDawn     December 1991 to August 2002

Quadrupal Grand Master Poncho of PrairieDawn was a red point, longhaired household pet, perhaps a Himalayan/Rag Doll cross. I adopted him from the humane society in 1992. Although I thought I wanted a pedigreed Persian cat, it was love at first sight!   "Just for fun", Poncho began his show career at age 9.5 years in 2001. From his first  show he brought home 12 of 16 possible rosettes, including a "Best Allbreed".  Poncho earned  this title in just three shows.  Poncho lived with kidney disease all his life. He was "broken" on the inside but always a handsome boy on the outside, and full of love for everyone. We miss you, Poncho.
