I have known Pam for several years now, and we have become very good friends. But this reference has nothing to do with my friendship with her. I respect how she raises her cats and runs her cattery tremendously. Pam is very concerned with the good health and temperament of her cats and as a fellow breeder (I have a different breed), let me tell you that this unfortunately is not a trait found in every breeder. I am also a vet, and I can tell you that her cattery is clean and that her cats are truly important members of the family. I trust her enough that two of my cats have lived at her house and that I also will be getting a Devon from her when the right one comes along!
I encourage you to visit her place if you can, but even if that can't be arranged, I know that you will be very pleased with the curly 4-legged companion that you get from her. :-)

I can't say enough nice things about Pam. She is one of the few breeders that is honest with herself and her clients. Pam Helped me out when I got my first "pedigreed" Devon from a different breeder back in 2000. I tell you it was the worst experience I have had and the most dissapointing. There is nothing like being a first time owner of these cats and I was so incredibly excited and it turned into a nightmare. When nobody would help me out, Pam stepped in at a great risk to herself especially with being a new breeder. Pam contacted me and gave me some advice and a few links to health sites. Really if it wasn't for her I probably would still be dealing with health issues. Our family now owns and loves a PrairieDawn Devon Rex, too. If you do buy a kitten from Pam, you will not be dissapointed. Pam and I have become friends and I value her friendship and any advice she has to give. If I ever decide to get another Devon It will be Pam I go to and nobody else will do.

I have told many people about you and how wonderful you are. I have one client that is seriously considering applying to be a parent to one of your new ones this year, I hope they do because they would not be disappointed.

I appreciate your continuing interest in the health and happiness of
the
boys...it is what makes you such a great breeder! Most people I know
who
have gotten their animals from a breeder lose the relationship after a
year
or so but you always show an interest in what is happening in their
lives. Thanks.

Hubby and I just love this cat and I have finally got him to agree to
getting another one down the road some time.
I referred a coworker of mine to your cattery for a devon. She
LOVES
Chase and wants to find one with a similar personality, so I
passed
your name and website on.
Thanks Pam for this little bundle of noise, we love him dearly and we
couldn't image not having him around the house to help out with
laundry,
dishes, and vaccuming..lol..but seriously, thank you very very
much!!!!!

Hi Pam ,
Just wanted to send you an update from the male side of the family.
Everything has been going great. I think Echo and Elvis have adapted very
well
and are quite comfortable in our house. I'd like to thank-you for
being an
outstanding breeder and preparing the kittens for our house.
There
have
been no accidents and they have used the litter box and the cat door
since
they arrived. They listen when we say no and are well behaved. Some
neat
things you may want to hear:
Echo:
-
Loves to sit on our shoulders and eat hair,
- Very cuddly, not quite as rowdy as cooper
- Follows us everywhere, we should have called her Shadow
- Purrs quite often
- Sleeps with the boys:
Elvis:
-
-
Little more rowdy than his sister,
-
He starts the "scraps" between the two of them, but Echo eggs him on
so
bad
-
Loves to chase popcorn
-
Sleeps in a large fabric fish
-
Likes watching TV (figures, he's male):
It's quite a sight when the two of leap off the floor with all four
feet off
the ground. Both of then love toys. We have laminate flooring and
the
galloping sounds of eight tiny feet are hilarious. The aquarium is a constant source of entertainment.
Anyhow, just wanted to keep you informed and give you a BIG THANKS.
