The Dark Kingdom a.k.a the Negaverse, is the first group of villians to appear in SailorMoon, and consist of Queen Beryal, her four generals-Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoysite, and Malachite. The Dark Kingdom also consist of the youma, or Queen Beyals subjects. All of the information on this page is from the ANime, except for Manga appearances, after the entire site is up, I may post the Manga information.

The first general to appear is Jadeite, appering in episode one of the anime and Volume 1-Act 1 of the manga, although he is no mention by name until Act 2. Jadeite is the commander of the far eastern division of Beryal army. He is very good at using disguises, and he preffers to gather energy from large crowds of people. He is not really successful at anything, except learning the idenities of Moon, Mars and Mercury, but the information goes to his grave with him when he is placed in enternal sleep.

The second general to appear is Nephrite, who first appears in act 3 of the manga, I am unsure of the anime episode, if anyone knows, will you e-mail me? Nephrite is undoubtedly the most handsome of the group, and probably the smartest. Nephrite beleives in the power of the stars and also beleives, contray to Jadeite's beleifs, he can collect more energy from one human than with a large group. Nephrite poses as a young and handsome buissness man, and wins the love of Naru (aka Molly) Nephrite dies when Zoycite sends some youma tpo destroy him, he dies in Naru's arms, then disappears. (thats the sadest thing I've ever heard)

The third general to appear is Zoycite, who first appears in act 3 of the manga. Zoycite is the most vain and probably evil of the bunch, he will do anything to get what he wants, and never goes by the rules, he even double crosses Mamoru by stabbing him in the back after promising to fight fair. Zoycite is very close to his fellow officer, Kunzite, who is his sensei and somewhat his lover. Zoycite is killed by Beryl after going against her orders, and trying to kill Mamoru, he dies in Kunzites arms.

The fourth and final general to appear is Kunzite, who also appears in act 3 of the manga. Kunzite is the strongest and most sly of the group. Kunzite's hatred for Endymion is very strong. Kunzite is killed when He tries to attack SailorMoon in the Artic, she blocks his attack and makes it bounce back at him, thus mortally wounding him and killing him.

Queen Beyal is the Queen of the Dark Kingdom (doh.) Unlike her generals, she is ugly, with fangs and etc. She is the strongest member of DK, next to Metallica, who she gets her power from. She is destroyed by the combined power of Serenty, Mars, Mercury, Venus and Jupiter.
