HER EYES...

When I met her first
I saw her eyes....
So calm & tender.
Innocence residing on pupil,
and Congeniality on lashes.
Sparkling with a dream
the world could stop on its single wink.
Soothing when they fix on u,
and lovable when they look away,
hard to believe such eyes exist...

I met her yesterday,
and saw those enchanting eyes again....
So deep & melancholic.
Now, fear residing on pupil,
and vulnerability on lashes.
Helpless, like a bird without any wings.
Shunning the world with a frequent blink.
Moving away soon as they catch on you,
and pitiable as they look away.
Hard to imagine what made her change that way...

I met her again
and saw the unforgettable eyes...
devoid of any residue of pain,
so confident but cautious.
Now, hope residing on pupil,
and tenacity on lashes.
Brightening like sun
now nothing can stop her...
Neither an order nor any whim.
Penetrating as they fix on you,
and mysterious while they look away.
O! Why she had to change anyway.

A Pair of Black Eyes:  Her Eyes # 2

Childhood innocence, yet alive, introspectively,
reflects through mysterious almond shaped eyes.
Black pearls gleam on the surface
and tiny white rivers flow retrospectively.

When these mystic eyes mistily mystify
the autumn evaporates and spring arrives.
And black eyes get crimsoned like a burning coal
which could extract a tiny tear from an eye.

When an infectious smile shines across the edge
spirit transcends, and life rejuvenates.
A crystal in her pendant remains monochromatic,
as all the colors of life her eyes pledge.

These eyes silently mesmerize
and dream screens under the lashes,
like future floats in a cryptic crystal
and exhibit the pleasant peace of paradise.

Her  Smile

Her smile..  so  angelic…
Innocent like a drop of dew on a tulip…
Her hands so cold.. and heart so warm..
Bestowed with efficacy to fight every storm..
Her smile, contagious, and radiant:
So refulgent like that of an infant
I never saw a smile so pure
No need of medication… her smile can do all cure.
Sweet, celibate and a pious smile
That could forbid you to cover the uncovered mile
Deep down inside her heart was so chaste
It can be admired by an aesthete.

I met her on shore she waved at me and smiled again
This time smile was mingled with pain..
She endured every torment and all disdain:
And fought every battle and smiled in pain
Her cold sigh was easily noticed;
Her fragrant breath was extremely rapid.
Her smile demanded to be with her
Saying,  "please stay forever"
I love her radiant smile so
That it lingers in my heart no matter where I go.

Once her smile was so angelic..
Innocent like a drop of dew on a tulip
