Here at Braai-Flace we've decided that indeed more IS more, and have recently recruited TWO new vocalists, after months of inactivity in the growling department. Chris is one, and he provides the snarly vocals and bitching lyrics about ex-girlfriends. The lovely Kelly, however, sings lovingly crafted songs in sweet honey tones.
Nick plays guitar. Very well it has to be said, taking his influences from the chunky riffs of RATM to the musical wizardry of Steve Vai.
Steve also plays guitar. Although not quite as well as Nick. But pretty damn well all the same. He takes his influences from a more grindcore direction thinking, 'If it's distorted, loud and more chunky than a Yorkie then good it must be, hmm?'.
Ben plays the bass. He can play it pretty fast too. Ben likes playing doom-laden licks, which he does with the bludgeoning passion of a bull-dozer.
Matt plays the drums. Although he hasn't got many cymbals yet. But that doesn't stop him keeping the rest of the band at the ferocious pace they know they deserve. |
