Kelsey and Deja
My daughter Kelsey seems to be following in my foot steps. I think she is growing at such a young age to love horses as much as her mommy. Well...and not just horses but all animals. She always wants to go outside and pet or sit on her horse. Our 1/2 Arabian yearling Deja vu. The odd thing is Deja seems to be just as attached to Kelsey as Kelsey is to her. I bought Deja after I sold Jaz. I wanted something I didn't have to start under saddle right away because as soon as you start a horse you should be on the horse everyday. Not that I shouldn't be working this horse everyday as it is but, I'm pregnant so, otherwise occupied sometimes. I do go out and do short lessons on ground work like learning to give to preassure and walk over unknown objects. Get use to water for bathing reasons. Anyway, I'm glad to see how far along Deja has come... |
