Returning to Fears
Repetition makes a familiarity,
Slowly twisting and turning your reality,
When painful memories safely buried,
Become daily emotions now carried
In a sad shaking of the head,
When looking down into the bed,
Feeling the walls crushing,
Motionlessly standing
Awaiting the crush
Of fear’s lust
To send me,
Make me,
Flee,

To return again in the pain of obligation,
Despite whatever is my emotion.
