Vines
The vines grow,
Draped row upon row,
Up the mountainside
In hazy morning they’ll hide
A few moist with drops of dew
Waits for the sunshine to get to
Collecting together runs
Till the day’s heat comes
And forces us in
For tasting the blend
Soft sweet and mellow
The vines grow.

Gloom
