Okay, first up is Larry, which seems only fair since he is my fiance. And my best friend for that matter. I mean, who else do I share pretty much every aspect of my life with? We met through Ang (see below) back in 1999 and have been together ever since. I honestly do not know what I would do without him. I don't think I ever met (or ever will meet) anyone more perfect.
Stacey has been my friend for what feels like forever. We met way back in second grade, and have shared many good times together. She's both funny and talented (we were in chorus together in high school AND college)...if you need cheering up, she's the one to see. She always has funny stories to share. It's always fun when she is around!
Ang and I went to high school together, but really didn't become good friends until after we graduated. Ang is one of those friends who you can always count on...I think she listens to just about everyone's problems and always lends a sympathetic ear. Her compassion for others makes her a real great friend!
I became friends with Kelly back in 1998, when we were both attending WCCC. Kelly is into outdoor activities such as skiing, and finds the humor and fun in just about everything we do. She's one crazy chick! Kelly is currently attending IUP in pursuit of a phys-ed teaching career.
I can honestly say I have known Courtney the longest out of all of my friends. We met way, way, way back in our kindergarten days, and we are still good friends. I'd have to classify Courtney as "the brains of the bunch" -- she's going to school to be a doctor. You can always turn to Courtney when you have a problem or need some advice. She's a real good listener and an even better friend.
I got to know Vinnie through Larry, since they are good buddies. It's always fun when he's around...he always seems to come out with a funny comment or two that just leave you laughing. I met Vinnie around the same time I met Larry, back in fall of 1999.
Another friend I met at WCCC, Amanda is always up for a fun time. She's one of those friends who likes to go out and do fun things. Though we don't get together as much as we'd like, we still keep in touch by phone and email. Amanda is someone you can always talk to.
Next up we have Tim. Tim is another one of Larry's friends, but I got to know him pretty well from all of us hanging out together. Tim is a devoted friend and has a great sense of humor.
What else can I say about Donnie except he's one cool and crazy guy! Donnie's always up for anything...he's one adventurous individual. But even though he's always up for a good time, he is also one of the most caring and helpful friends I have. Donnie's always there to lend his support when you are worried or upset...the qualities than make up a true friend.
Despite his humorous bouts of sarcasm, Rick is one of those friends you can vent your problems to and he'll listen. He always seems to stand by his friends no matter what. Somehow, he always seems to get recruited to hear about our troubles, but he also lends some good advice.
It seems only appropriate for Maggie to be next in line, since she is Rick's (see above) girlfriend. What other words can describe this girl except sweet, caring, and fun-loving? Maggie is someone you can always joke around with, and she always seems to eb in a cheerful mood. She always has a way of looking at the bright side of things.
Here we have Steve, he's an easygoing guy who's easy to talk to and alot of fun to be around. While Steve may not be quite as "wild" as some of his friends (he once called himself "a good church boy"), he still adds life to any outing he attends.
Mikey is Steve's younger brother. What can I say about Mike except that he reels in the lovely ladies with his "smooth-talking" and killer dance moves! Mike can make just about anyone laugh...if you're feeling down, just ask him to recite one of his cheesy pick-up lines...they'll leave you howling for hours!
I started talking to Sam online when she asked me for help with designing her website. We soon learned we have alot in common, and became friends. Although we live in the same town, I never actually got to hang out with Sam in person, but hope to some day. This girl is a real sweetheart, and is also a very talented artist and web-page maker!
Meet Lisa. Lisa is Larry's sister, which is how I got to know her over the years. Lisa and I have alot in common, one of our mutual hobbies being art and crafts. She's a really good artist, and paints lots of pretty pictures. She's also a big-time dolphin lover (which also happens to be one of her favorite things to paint!)
The next introduction belongs to Dave, Lisa's husband. Dave is a really friendly and funny guy. He's also a very good artist. Although I am still waiting for that picture I asked him to draw for me...Hmm....where is it? Haha.
Another friend I met at work, Eric is just one of those all-around nice guys. He's a friend who is easy to talk to and joke around with. He may seem quiet at times, but don't let that fool you! We often find the humor in the silly things people do....that is, of course, unless it's us!
