He finds society and people's gatherings to be frivolous at best, and he doesn't have time for that sort of thing. In fact, he positively resents it. He hates stupidity and idiots-- he has no patience for any of that, and therefore tends to avoid people as a whole. Things are better on his own, anyway-- he has more freedom to do as he wishes, and to explore--something he quite likes to do. He has nothing against bonds-- in fact, he's quite interested in the idea. He didn't bond when he was young because no one really struck him as matching him-- and he is one for a good match, thank you. He's kind of a wallflower, to be honest-- he's that dragon who always hung off on the side, looking awkward in get-togethers and general meetings of groups. Such things leave bad tastes in his mouth. He does, however, get kind of lonely. Quiet, another good descriptive word for this particular dragon is quiet. He has a quiet, somewhat regal air about him-- he's an excellent being and he knows it. He does have an ego, but a very subtle one-- he doesn't strut, don't worry. Strutting actually annoys him. He also has a strict sense of self-discipline around him-- which is accurate, he values discipline and self-control, and thusly is a master in the subjects. His quiet, regal-wolf like manner strike many as intimidating, which he doesn't do in purpose- but he actually quite likes. ~~History~~ ::Origins:: Lylan Keep ::If Relevant:: Not particularly relevant, or exciting. Didn't bond when young, nor did he feel particularly comfortable with the rest of his kind. He lived alone for a bit, trying to fit in, before saying sod it and flying off on his own, to make his name elsewhere. He eventually heard of mindspace, through some rumors somewhere, and went off investigating, learning to his delight that he was compatible with the world. ~~Personality~~ ::General:: Well-formed and pleasant company, Menaes is generally just an excellent person. She's quiet and has subtle dignity, which comes of some of her other traits-- she's educated and cultured, intellegent and well-informed. She's an excellent convorsationalist, and her presence doesn't wear on people-- she's good to talk to, or just sit around with.
