So what the hells punk? Its music ass, but more than that, for some, for most, its a way of life, a FUCKING way of life. The ideals are rock steady in the minds of punks. However, most eventually change, even though they say they never will, for one reason or another. Punk is the way you act, the way you think, the way you ARE!! Most punks are different from each other in one way or another, and alot of them hate different punks. Street punks hate just about any other punk, HAH! Skater punks, however, being of more of an open mind, tend to accept people for who they are and respect them for their differences. Skins (skinheads), are quite different, though. More than being cuaght up in the idea of being a Punk, they are more interested in patriotic pride (well most of them any way) and unity.   For alot of people, Punk rock or being a punk is way to say "FUCK OFF" to an older, oppresive generation. The music (although its is becoming quite populare these days....NOT a good thing) seems to piss everyone who doesnt understand it off because "it sucks" and is "nothing but noise." HA! Words of the uneducated, eh? Punk is an escape, or maybe a way of laughing in the face of the oppresive fuckers who labeled us in the first place, so it could be, that in a way, people are like "you already call me it, why not live up to your expectations."
