Neo-Soviet Tactics

So I've played as the Neo-Soviets a few times, and I think I figured a few things out. First, the Ursa is a brilliant piece of hardware, but a Typhoon crawler with a Tempest is cheaper and might be a better choice. Especially two of them. Second, ALWAYS buy your Officers Rad Hounds; having a 10 point expendable model that can get 8 inches closer to an enemy than your 10 inch range Officer, well it's like a police dog and can take the bullet. Plus they can explode. Exploding dogs are always a plus in my book. Third, the HMG might be better than the Rocket Launcher for the Vanguard, because the Rocket is only good twice a game. Fourth, if you're going to do mutants, DO MUTANTS! Don't do a single this, a single that, and a few of these. A single Cyclops is just a target waiting to happen. If you want mutants, do a BUNCH of them! Fifth, Rad Troopers are your friend. I have seen Rad Troopers do great things. I have also seen them soak up all sorts of shooting that would otherwise have been directed at something important. And the more squads of Rad Troopers you have, the more neat stuff you can take.

Of course, none of this has actually been tested yet. This is all my best guess based on how the army has performed without any of these tactical gems. I hope to try them soon, and see how it all works out.
