It seems that the BDO have left Warren Parry out in the cold by not inviting him to play at the2001 Embassy World Championships. The New Zealander is ranked 26 on the BDO international players list along with three others, But only two of the four have been invited.
It seems to me that somthing is very unfair about this. I have tried to find out why but seem to be hitting my head off a thick brick wall. I have e-mailed Colin Saunders, who is Webmaster of the BDO web site to try to get some answers, Colin has passed my e-mail to the Directors of the BDO so I will await their response.
Alas for now Warren has to sit and watch the Embasay on telly like the rest of us and contemplate what might have been.
