Below are the main points of my complaint against PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and their unethical and immoral position in the case of the restitution of my grandfather’s house:

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania is the only factor that opposes illegally through intimidation and stalling the just reparation of a terrible act that took place 52 years ago.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania is attempting to dispose of a house that was illegally obtained (stolen) from my grandparents by the Romanian State through an act, the 1950 Communist Nationalization process, which was widely condemned throughout the free world and recently admitted illegal by the perpetrator.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania attempts to include the value of the house as an asset of COMTIM and thus included in the liquidation procedure although legally, COMTIM is still just a tenant of the Romanian State in this house.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania tried repeatedly to intimidate me into allowing them to sell the house to unnamed “investors”.  The threats included tying the case in courts for years and selling of the judicial rights of the house with the explicit intent to deny me forever any possibility of restoration of my grandfather’s house.  Both of these threats were made by Mr. Radu Bufan, PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania liquidator, the same person that signed the latest sale advertisement in November 2001.  He used the name of PricewaterhouseCoopers to hint at the resources and power that it has at his disposal.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania ignored any of the pleas to ethically solve my claim.  I urged the participants of all the meetings that I took part with PwC Romania personnel to ethically solve this case.  My letters to the Senior Romanian Partner Jean-Pierre Vigroux were ignored in the same way, as well as my reply letter to their “decision” in which I offered to accommodate PwC Romania in the house until their liquidation work is complete.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania unethically duped me into suspending the first court action without any intent to follow the requirement of the law for the restitution of the house.  This fact is proved by the intent to sell the judicial rights days after it sent me the decision refusing the restitution and motivating the refusal with the need to use the house.  This provides evidence that PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania was never of good faith in dealing with this case.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania uses unethical arguments in order to stall the different court actions against them in the restitution process.  PwC Romania’s legal counsel, Mr. Scrieciu argues pro the Nationalization process of the Stalinist period, an act that brought suffering upon many in Romania.  As well, Mr. Scrieciu argues the right of PwC Romania to dispose of the house as it sees fit without being accountable for it or without the need to compensate the rightful owner.

- PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania uses my grandfather’s house as a de facto Timisoara office beyond their participation in COMTIM’s liquidation procedure.
