Composer's Notes: This composition was born out of being asked to call a peal of Grandsire Caters for Rememberance Sunday. After looking around for half-muffled composition and failing to find one with varied enough handstroke music I decided to compose one of my own. Although the turning courses are a bit laboured the affect is quite good. As such the composition benefits from Queens, 9876's, Tittums (an unconventional 4859 home) and handstroke homes. It also benefits from a superb block of little bell music which is surprisingly effective. |
