Embrace Me
Trace my silhoulette
Speak of what you see
I try so hard to hide
That unmerciful demon within me
If you so please
Hush don't say a word
Your eyes give it all away
Peering into the absurd
Spare me your pity
I'll spare you my pain
The heavenly bodies cry for me
Their tears cause the rain
So cold and shallow
My reflection glares back
With this noose around my neck
Motivation is what I lack
Walking through a corridor
So long and narrow
The echoes haunt my every thought
Innocence lost so long ago
Hear me now
And catch my breath
Settle this flame
Put these eyes to rest
I've lost myself
In this neverending cycle
I need you to find me
And embrace safely my soul
